@Glazed.-. if you aren't being sarcastic, it's called ferrocerium, and it's the same stuff you might see people use to start a fire. A ferrocerium rod and something to strike it, usually metal. You can also do this effect with a much larger piece. "The modern rogue" made a very fun video about it.
