These funeral songs are touching in a way (makes some people cry). I am a christian too, but this is still hmong tradition and I like to know. Maybe it's okay to listen to this song in my house because I am a christian? What do you think.

I was told it was not good to listen or sing funeral songs inside your house or anybody's house if you're trying to learn. Only when you're alone in the field or somewhere outside is it good to practice singing it. Any truth to this? I want to play this video, but I'm supersitious, so I won't.
