Jamaicans or their ancestors were forcibly removed from their country/countries, and were forced to abandon their native tongues, by beatings and by mixing different people from different parts of the continent from which they were taken, hence they had no opportunity to learn or remember the original language spoken, therefore your harsh reply to her simple and valid idea shows your hostility and lack of understanding.
