I'd like a good idea where Fake Peppino sees Spamton and morphs into Palton for the start of the boss, or something along those lines.
Edit: I'd love for PALEOS's design to show him visually in pain, or strings that are visually pulling him apart, as if they would be tearing him apart, leaking out of the wounds with blackish gleaming residue, keeping him together, and sputtering as an attack, mirroring spamton's dilemma of being only a character in a game, but for PALEOS to be begging for it to stop, wanting the torture to end, being exhausted, "skin" is stretched at the strings, pulling apart and contorted, virtually dead and lifeless inside but still forced to continue nonetheless. that would be very disturbing visually and conceptually, a puppet, "Pal", no longer wanting to fight or even live. Palton is only the shell of a former colleague, controlled to fight with a darkness inside him. PALEOS being the form where the strings pull harder, pull in different directions, representing Palton's conscience breaking down and degrading to a harrowing degree, going past insanity and essentially breaking his own reality.
The chase would be the entity inside, raging out, pouring forth with hands and outlines of bloodshot eyes in the mass, in pain, grasping for air, rushing to grab another life, to sustain itself, to share its pain.
