Here are my Top 4 Favorite Late Night Eats. In a late night town such as Las Vegas, you're definitely going to need some Late Night Eats.
You would think that in Las Vegas, since it's a 24 hour town, there should be plenty of 24 hour restaurants. Yes, there are plenty of restaurants that stay open late or are round the clock, however, it's harder to find them than you think. But also, how many of them are actually good or worth it? Typically, each casino will have at least one restaurant or eatery open at all times, but that doesn't mean it's going to be good. I am here to help you find some of the good late night restaurants by showing you some of my favorite locations. In this video we go to Istanbul Mediterranean at the Bally's/ Horseshoe, Saginaw's at Circa, Herbs and Rye, and Shokku Ramen in Chinatown. Hope you enjoy!

This was what completely stunned me when visiting Vegas: almost every decent restaurant closes at 10pm. 10pm!! That's when I wake UP in Vegas.
The best late night AND/OR breakfast place is Henry's at the Cosmo. Hands down.
Norma I really like the places you choose, but your "magic" is when you explain how the place is set up, tips etc. it makes me (us) feel like we're there ready to enjoy the place

Hard hat lounge open 24hrs just got a new facelift. New paint job on entire building. Not necessarily a late night eats but still a local late night early morning hangout if you're not afraid of the neighborhood

I literally just got back to my room after eating at Herbs & Rye and yes it was so good. My ribeye was $39 and sooooo good. Medium rare was perfect. Garlic mashed potatoes were great as was the Mac n Cheese.

Just came back from vegas and was surprised to see so many food outlets had changed their schedules from opening til late night to closing early. Me and my friends were like, its only 11p with a packed casino and they closed most quick bite places at 10p.

Fantastic video Norma! Most of the places you reviewed are good values and would've been hard to find without your advice. However, Saginaw's Deli inside Circa is expensive, $25-40 per person for a sandwich & beverage or dinner item, not to mention you'll be ID'd to gain entry to the resort, on busy weekends/holidays expect long lines. So if you've had a long night you might want to look elsewhere downtown unless you're a Circa hotel guest.
On the hard partying/drinking PSA that Norma gave at the end of this video, wish she had used stronger words warning NOT to drink & drive, it's a huge problem in Southern Nevada effecting both tourists & locals.

Also! I've tried that $39 Ribeye (16oz) at Herbs & Rye during their late-night happy hour and its pretty good - but what's just as good (in my opinion) is the $20 Ribeye (16oz) at Jackson's Sports Bar & Grill! (on the corner of Flamingo & Jones) Jackson's serves food 24 hours and their Ribeye used to be $16 (pricing out at $1 per ounce, but in 2022 the price went up to $20 - still 1/2 that of Herbs & Rye).. The beauty too of being able to order a $20 RIbeye 24 hours is that if its breakfast time and you want eggs & toast with your Ribeye, they'll be happy to serve it! I love Las Vegas! Thanks again for your awesome content!

Can't believe you didn't mention the 24hr McDonalds next to Harrah's. Some of the most satisfying meals i've ever had have been there at 3am. Simplicity wins in those situations!

Grand lux 24 hr The Asian lettuce wrap and the sliders are absolutely great.

I haven't been to any of these places you went to, definitely will go try some the next time I'm in Vegas. My favorite late night spot to go to in Vegas is Izakaya Go, one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at.

Thanks Norma! I ordered a $40 Reuben from Saginaw's while occupying a booth down at Circa's Sportsbook.. those Reubens are mmm good! (The booth fits about 5-6 people and you pay a non-refundable $500 to reserve it.. what comes with that reservation however is that you can order $500 worth of food & drink from 3 of Circa's restaurants! You just place the food orders with your drink server and runners from the restaurants bring the food to the booth - perfect for dining while watching the big game on the big screen! So the 3 restaurants we ordered from were: Saginaw's, Project BBQ and Victory Burger Co. & Wings! With 6 of us eating & drinking, we had no trouble using up the prepaid $500)
