  • The glum Liverpudlians return(with two founder members Ian and Will)
    to Chalk Farm and under dark and shadowy lights they give us a selection from their 44 year career.
    This, 1st track off their first album from 1980, “Crocodiles”, sets the mood for the night(or at least this video):
    “Ain’t thou watching my film
    Analysing me…”
    and “Going up,
    Going Down.”
    That would be Ian’s temperament which changes throughout the night from dark and mumbling to ranting angry.
    You can see where Liam G. Got his inspiration for stagecraft from Ian McCulloch, not Ian Brown.
    A good selection of their songs continues from here from 13 albums to choose from in their 17 song set.

    Great footage - but a very sedated audience !
