ডায়বেটিজ পুরোটাই নির্ভর করে বাড়ির লোকজনদের উপর। আমার বাবার 42 বছরে ধরা পরেছিল। আজ বাবা 85 বছরের। ভগবানের কৃপাতে, বিশেষ করে মায়ের কঠোর নিয়ম ও ডাক্তারবাবু চিকিৎসার ফলে বাবা একদম সুস্থ আছেন। তবে নিয়ম এখন অভ্যাসে দাড়িয়ে গেছে। বাবার খাদ্য একেবারেই সাধারণ।

You are very right. Western world pharmaceutical companies are to be blamed for starting this evil game for selling their medicine. I am personally suffering and I know How slowly doctors made me Type 2 !
মিষ্টি জাতীয় ফল খাবারের পর যদি তিতা করলা, গুলন্চলতা,নিমপাতা মেথি খেলে কী ডায়াবেটিস ঠিক রাখা যাবে না?

আপনিন কি বলেন ডাক্তারবাবু উল্টো পাল্টা। | Bongalees mainly start their morning with Tea(with sugar ) and biscuit(100% ময়দা ) . Welcoming diabetes in empty stomach.
(2) Then breakfast all tasty food ( কচুরি , luchi with potato curry, white bread in jam or butter and egg) . Full of simple Carbohydrate.
(3) Lunch ( Biryani , Rice(80%) , momo , Every curry with potato , ends with sweet). Again lot of simple Carbohydrate.
(4) In between there will be tea with sugar, biscuit many times. Evening snacks Chop , Singara with muri .
(5) Dinner , mostly rice with curry some eat Roti which is rare.
So by now Diabetes is so friendly with Bongalees. You are asking 60% Carb Doctor , are you out of your mind. Bongalees would rather be on insulin or medication but they will not sacrifice food. are you kidding me. Who will eat Biryani and momos .
P.S Forgot to mention Chittobabur street food in Dackers lane , white bread with chicken stew is considered a healthy food for Bongalees.
