this reunion was horribly structured and mediated. they spent more time talking about cheese than the countless examples of shady and disrespectful behaviour, mostly at jessel’s expense. Like why is Andy “putting a pin” in jessel trying to hold Sai accountable for attacking her marriage when this was one of the biggest feuds of the season? And they all gaslit jessel with the “we never said that”. disappointing and underwhelming all around.
Very well said! And the gaslighting definitely needs to be called out. This was poorly mediated by Andy.
It was boring and the subject needed to be switched to the next topic.
It’s frustrating and makes me really now want to see part two. Just from this clip im disappointed that Jessel did not stand up for herself more.

Ubah kept interjecting with stuff that wasn’t relevant to what was being discussed! I think she knows that she was too low-key during the season, so I think she is trying to secure her spot next season by being over the top at the reunion. It’s not working for her! I doubt they will ask her back next year.

I didn’t enjoy Sai this season at all. As much as she’s in denial, she’s mean spirit and you get the sense it doesn’t come a good place. There’s nothing entertaining about a bully who has no capacity for self reflection.
Sai is just awful. The "I'm so honest" mask is ridiculous. It's just an excuse for being an unkind bully. She clearly has lots of hate and resentment inside because at every opportunity she would turn on whoever and really launch it. Ugly to watch. I can take someone having pain inside but to try and mask nastiness as "just honesty" is cringeworthy. She needs to take a long hard look in the mirror.

I never had an internship but I had friends who loved their unpaid to low stipend internships because of the future business connections and networking while their parents paid their bills and rent. Then I had friends who were struggling in college with their unpaid/stipend internships trying to make it work and juggle responsibilities.*
I’m glad you can tell her because i haven’t had the experience, as either has she but in her case because she was handed down a real state career. How ‘rich’ of her to judge Jessel for not having harsh enough upbringing when she as a privileged white woman in America never had to earn her place or build a career like Jessel. I think she’s too out of touch to understand there is levels of economic struggle.

Erin based her words this season is ignorant in many ways and myopic. I have no doubt the ladies and even Pavit will keep her in check. Erin's implicit bias, ⚪️ fragility and racial micro-aggressions are obvious. I do see Erin having the ability to evolve beyond the show unlike a Ramona S type.
I had no issue with Jessel discussing her upbringing. She was interrogated by some of the ladies.

I commented on her instagram than she should be more aware when saying a brown woman ‘just got here’ because it comes off as xenophobic. I was hoping for an introspective response but as many Karen’s will do she was completely dismissive and simply said ‘this is intense’ after her followers were jerks to me in the comments. I think people like her don’t want to change and they are content being a self-righteous snob as long as no one challenges them. This show could be the reality check she needs but based on the reunion it seems the lesson is not landing.

Very interesting that both women with husbands who openly stated Erin’s got a 10 year warranty before they start upgrading and the other who cheated and dumped his first wife and child to be with Sai are both the ones who were hyper obsessive and talking negatively with one another about Pavit and Jessels marriage. Apart from Sai and Erin continuing their questionable behavior from the season, I'm actually the most appalled by Ubah. Her nasty behavior and demeanor came out of nowhere. Where's the warm, charismatic and funny Ubah from the first half of the season? It seems like it's either her true character coming out or her desperately trying to secure a spot for next season. Whatever it is, it's not a good look. From her being aggressive to Erin, getting in her face and snatching her sunglasses, to now attacking Jenna out of nowhere... Girl, what are you doing?
Don’t be such a wet leaf. These women true colors are showing full circle not just her. You are attacking her but zero of the other women. Lame. If you wanna protect Jenna just say that.
I was thinking the same exact thing....the 1st part of the season was an act. Then, when the cell phone incident happened, it showed exactly what her true personality is. Not nice. Also, when she got upset with Jenna when she invited Ubah to come to her home and she illustrated the same behavior because Jenna did not communicate to her that there would be cameras and she did not get glamed for the scene.
I think she is worried that she is going to be fired because she definitely under-performed during the season. So she decided to come to the reunion with this fake over the top persona, but she is coming across as nasty and unhinged. I’m dreading when they start talking about the sunglasses…! Plus I know Erin is not perfect but it’s uncomfortable how unpleasant Ubah is towards Erin.

Also, plenty of kids get kicked out at 18 and go to live with relatives. Jessel happened to have a degree when she was essentially kicked out &cut off and went to live with a relative. It’s really no different. It doesn’t make it any easier!
