Hi granny pat. My second husband came from the island of Tonga my name became maafu. We split up many years ago. It was a friendly split. I went a doctor some years ago and he told me that in Tonga my name was of royalty. And high up .we all thought that was quite humorous as I'm quite poor and very frugally. They called me queen Angela for a while untill the joke became a bit stale.keep up the lovely storys ❤❤❤❤

Hello Granny Pat! I really enjoyed your stories today and it made my mind go click, click! (Scary). When you were relating that story about Benge, I thought " I have that story in my family genealogy somewhere, I just know I've saved that somewhere". Well, I got on Ancestry and went back to my 5th Grt. Grandfather Vincent Hobbs Sr. and there was that story and how Benge was killed etc. Didn't you relate that your family was the Livingstons? Small world, Yet very interesting. Also, the Hobbs were from England and Vincent Sr. was born there, so your reference to England captured my attention as well. Thank you for the history lesson and stories.
