It features 7 live versions of songs from the „Judgement Day“ album including „Soldier stands solitarily“. And of course also the pre-releases „Rising“ and „We are the resurrection“, which was the opening track for this show.

Not sure if this is a Miyako composition but probably. You can hear classical influences in the chord structure in various Lovebites songs. It was the same with Deep Purple, many moons ago now.
If I'm not wrong I believe this is some Midori/Mao/Asami composition? Mao uses much of the same inspirations in his compositions. Maybe Midori too, since she started with piano at 3-4, just as Miyako.
