I haven’t been on a bike for several years as I have Multiple Sclerosis. I get weakness in my left side which not only makes holding a bike up at the lights difficult, but also rules out the gear shift and clutch lever. For a very long time I have dreamt of a three wheeler with an automatic gearbox, with reverse and (due to limited income) I dared to dream that it had a reasonable price tag. Then I happened to come across a video on here and OH MY GOD!!! I’m looking at it right now!!! Just tell me when it will be available in the UK. Finally I’m gonna get back out on the roads. Thank You. This is the most exciting news I’ve had in years. Namaste 🙏🏻
George Robertson I’m very similar.. I have cerebral palsy and have ridden ATVs as a kid but have always looked for an automatic option similar to the Spyder!
There are a ton of opinions out here since the introduction of the Ryker. I love motorcycles and have owned two wheelers and four wheelers. I have been a consumer of BRP since 2004, when they revolutionized the snowmobile industry. Most people, especially traditional snowmobiler's with traditional sleds absolutely hated the new REV that came out in 2003, that REVolutionized the snowmobile industry with their Rider Forward design, as for me, I didn't like the style either. Then I bought one the year after and I could not get my buddies off of it. Next thing I knew, my buddies were buying one. BRP has created a new segment here, for people who think this is not a bike or whatever you want to call it, BRP is light years ahead of anyone else. I see the same thing with the Can Am Ryker and I am on board!
Regardless of what disabilities people have, it's all about Safety!! You can ride with confidence knowing you can't drop a Spyder or a Ryker unlike riding two wheels!!
I lost most of my left leg in a motorcycle crash back in 2012. Ive been dreaming of this bike and finally my dream has come true. Thank you so much Can Am. This gives me hope. Ive already started saving to buy the Ryker 900 Rallye someday.
I bought an F3S Roadster this year. Trust me, after you get the hang of a Can Am you won't give a shit what people think or how it looks. Coming out of a traffic circle sideways and hitting 60mph in 5 seconds is......well, just see for yourself. I'm also a lifetime motorcycle rider as well.
The Ryker is my third Spyderfrom my 2008 GS, the best and strongest Spyder, a 2014 STS, I love this one as well, this year the 2019 Rally 900 Ryker. Why doesnt it come with high out put LED head lights, and Cruse ready, that would be a great Option to add, Cruse control. It would be more worth 399.99 than half a passenger seat!
Too Bad Can Am Spyder and Ryker are not going to maintain dealers in Alaska much longer. In a riding state like Alaska it's a shame such a stable platform won't be supported.
I think I will buy two Even though I think it's nothing but layers of ugliness. But the driving experience must be awesome. Please think about an urgent face lift now, yet, thank you.
Style? hell no the old rs was sharp looking this is just as ugly as the E 3 . Please don't get me started on the phase "Proven Rotax engine " Before you say I am no idea what i am talking about . I had a spdyer for a number of years . So my knowledge of the spyders is first hand not what i googled or read from other sources
101southsideboy I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I personally think that it’s a thing of beauty. This little 3 wheeler is gonna be a game changer for a lot of people.
yes but they all came up about the same time that BRP came out with all changes to the all 2014 model year spyders so they knew of the issues ( why else would they have been all the changes starting in 2014?

did you ever purchase the Ryker?
My mouth is watering.
Will the 2022 panels fit a 2019?
Godammit, BRP! I guess my next bike is going to have 3 wheels!
lol did you ever get one?
Kool as hell. .....I will be buying it
Where is the obd2 port to check diagnostics I bought the kit dnt know where to plug it
Look a lot of fun
May be a sound a silly question, but because it has 3 wheels do you have to have a bike license or can you ride it on a car license?
Moto license is required
Depends on the Jurisdiction. Probably best to check..
@@vAstronomia Moto license is NOT required in every state.
What is the weight limit of the passenger seat frame?
That's what I've been asking forever now. Nobody will tell.
I've seen a 6'4", 285 lb mountain man drive this thing like a squirrel on fire. No issues whatsoever...
It carries 400lbs max weight.
Now put the Maverick Turbo motor in one!

Does it have cruise control?
Why can’t you lock the parking brake, the Front trunk and the gas fill?

I think this will be my next bike.
I want one aaaahhhhhhh Iam buying the rally 900cc soon
Hopefully looking into buying one tomorrow. Bye bye harley trike
Cool bike would be fun
Give us an electric version!
You lost me around 2:45 when you said automatic transmission
You have to try it 😉
Yep... I'll Be Keeping My F3!

Unfortunately, like the F3, no visual appeal at all. 1st generation Spyder had "the lines".
But this and the f3 limited have the most visual appeal in any spyder.
phone and thingies , snap out of it . what do you want ? an nother pocket ?
Still , traffic jam ... in it ;) thanks no thanks

But I will buy the F3 Limited and the Ryker Rally Edition anyway.

101southsideboy ...did you have a lot of problems with your can am?
yes but they all came up about the same time that BRP came out with all changes to the all 2014 model year spyders so they knew of the issues ( why else would they have been all the changes starting in 2014?
is there an option for a second seat?
Yes it is an add on option. Further information is available at the CanAm Onroad website under accessories
