La Sirina Raceway is an unreleased, unfinished scenario included in the WR3 development build. The scenario was probably created for WR3 or Motor Company and contains a pair of working configurations. The folder with the scenario was located in the Testcenter folder labeled as "V2_Testcenter". In addition, the name of the scenario and its pair of versions can be found in the LandEd (developer tool for creating/configuring scenarios) program files.
The developers created a test build on which they tested some things that could be included in the next part of the game, such a sandbox. These were mainly technical changes. This is most evident in the traffic, which now deforms and smokes, but does not explode. This build also includes a lot of unused vehicles and two scenarios. You could say this is an early AFC 11: Nitro, and in fact it is.
