The thing about “Prince” is he had class. He embodied so much: class, dignity, style, tact, humility, and talent that we simply don’t see anymore. He was not crude but sensual and sexy in a spiritual but raw way. The loss is the worlds.

The fact he didn't want to be part of all the nonsense and wrongness smartphones and social media gave to humanity erasing the humanity and values on many levels, is truly respectful and admirable. I wish more people were in this like him, using their own mind, being strong characters, not just sheeps following the crowd, then I truly believe the way society pushes us it would actually have no or very low power over us. Prince was too intelligent to be part of the crowd and mass. For that he has all my respect.
One of the reasons he didn't have his own cell phone was because when he did have one, years ago, someone hacked into it and then had access to lots of personal information of his and his contacts. So he had about 6 different email addresses he used to communicate, no cell phone - but would call others from land lines, or use other people's cell phones, and was last using a burner phone that his friend/body guard Kurt Johnson had provided to him.

That's what I am trying to figure out that's he's sooo cool and calm, when Arsenio reminised about their story in which they went to a party back then, his reaction was just to listen and not move, like a statue, he doesn't look high or anything, yet he's so famous and well liked, doesn't behave like some party all day Rockstar in front of people, how humble and well behaved he is, I need to get composure classes lol
Im fifty two. Been a fan since I was twelve. This man was the epitome of genius. I like to watch his Starfish and Coffee video with the Muppets. it cheers me up. If I had to pick one word to describe this man, if would probably be ABSOLUTE.
When Arsenio mentioned having a son, Prince warmly congratulated him, but also had the look of a father who had lost his son. I think Arsenio realized this after the fact
I don't even know what the point of waiting for congratulations because he had a son was. I believe Arsenio did that on purpose because that's the only thing he has on Prince. He got a son, and Prince lost his son. Arsenio is a very envious and evil guy.
Probably, one of the most talented human being that ever lived. I read that in his early days as a musician, he played every single instrument on the track. He played them individually, obviously, then mixed them to get the song.
He grew up in the 1970s and 1980s when musicians had to know how to play instruments and arrange songs etc. Outside of using the Linn drum machine, I doubt if Prince used technology in a big way back then.
There will only ever be one Prince. Love or loathe him. His Music will remain timeless. A huge loos to the music & performing arts industry. R.I.P Prince

I'm 36 and just getting starting to dive into princes music for the first time in my life. His acoustic version/video of cream is what sent me down the path. Even being a guitar player, I never knew prince was such a great player.
Todd Rundgren has made several one man records writing all the music, playing all the instruments, producing and engineering. He did this already in the early seventies. I'm sure Prince was aware of his work.
Steven Wilson is a great artist that's been around for 20 years in the prog rock community. He's does a lot of one-man band projects as well as move through and lead several different metal bands and collaborative genre bands. He actually has a great cover of Sign O' The Times on youtube, I saw him perform it live and he talked at length beforehand about how influential Prince was in his life and music, despite him being exclusively a metal musician for the first decade of his career.

+Anna Warner He was so different. He was so quiet, he never really spoke. Someone said one time that you never heard about him on the news. It's hard to gauge a person's character when they're like that.
MGladwell despite the cards being stocked against him, he rose to the top of the heap, and that takes discipline and focus and intelligence; all of which he had in abundance. No one can take that away from him. The Illuminati gave you an agenda to follow, which you had to follow, if you wanted to be successful by the world's standards; but thankfully you rebelled and in the end put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the only one who can bestow lasting happiness and success in this life and in the life hereafter.
Morris Fay said Prince at heart was a nerd as a kid so.
He WAS intelligent.
He was very intelligent. Loved his versatile music. RIP Prince.
Im fifty two. Been a fan since I was twelve. This man was the epitome of genius. I like to watch his Starfish and Coffee video with the Muppets. it cheers me up. If I had to pick one word to describe this man, if would probably be ABSOLUTE.
Prince is still gorgeous as ever
And Arsenio too.
Prince was such a genius back then. We need him now more than ever.
I wish he would have done more guitar driven rock music stuff...I'm white and into rock and roll and that dude could jam a geetar for real
Such a great interview; Arsenio is underrated and Prince of course was a genius.
Such an authentic artist and human being. It takes great strength in the music industry to be who he had become. God Bless him. May he be in peace.
What a very true comment. 💜
I greatly respect Prince as an artist. Truly amazing. But, also as a gracious, humble beautiful human being. RIP Sweet Prince
prince. rest in purple.
game, blouses.
That Dave Chappell reference 💪🏽💪🏽
...and then we went inside and he made us pancakes.
@Hellwyck
......... Pancakes
Prince And Michael!TRUE LEGENDS YOU ARE TRULY MISSED!!SO MUCH LOVE IS STILL HERE FOR YOU!!MAY YOU REST IN PEACE!!
When Arsenio mentioned having a son, Prince warmly congratulated him, but also had the look of a father who had lost his son. I think Arsenio realized this after the fact
yeah I caught that. He was the king of composure at that moment. Made me hurt to see his expression hiding his pain
@@JJAVA-wt6eo yes exactly.
I don't even know what the point of waiting for congratulations because he had a son was. I believe Arsenio did that on purpose because that's the only thing he has on Prince. He got a son, and Prince lost his son. Arsenio is a very envious and evil guy.
@@mirellalastar shut up
@@mirellalastar What kind of evil projection is that? The fuck is wrong with you?
I think he would have been a good guy to know just as a buddy .
I can’t believe he was in his late 50s here
His hair looks so soft and probably smell amazing.
Probably smells like lavender 😂🤣
Smells like purple rain
@@thepromiseman7745 wack ass

Prince, thanks for teaching 'self empowerment' by example.
RIP Prince Rogers Nelson, taken from the world far too soon, your passing broke my heart 5 years ago :(
Probably, one of the most talented human being that ever lived. I read that in his early days as a musician, he played every single instrument on the track. He played them individually, obviously, then mixed them to get the song.
He could've said anything and people would've clapped.
Of course. Some people just got it like that. Thankfully, Prince never talked out of his arse and always came with insight and depth.
Prince rarely do interviews. Having to see this was phenomenal.
Michael Steven Martin Charisma, is curious that way Brother
Yesssd👏👏👏👏
@Megan Matlock shut the fuck up megan
I love how he's old school at wanting to make albums rather than singles.
He grew up in the 1970s and 1980s when musicians had to know how to play instruments and arrange songs etc. Outside of using the Linn drum machine, I doubt if Prince used technology in a big way back then.
NEGUS MBARKA No it’s not you stupid fuck
albumz, that's where it's @ fasho ✌️ -- sangles will git u paid, definitely but albumz constitute to an artists legacy
@marcus....love that
I miss prince so much. I wish he was still with us. He was a genius musician.
There will only ever be one Prince. Love or loathe him. His Music will
remain timeless. A huge loos to the music & performing arts
industry. R.I.P Prince
💜
+Stefan Cosmas I have always loved hi. If you haven't watched the concert for George Harrison where they play "While y Guitar Gently Weeps" Prince is nothing short of amazing as he rips the lead off. Please watch if you haven't. George's son Danny is there, of course Eric Clapton and Ringo Starr among other greats. You won't be sorry you watched because Prince completely steals the show.
+Patricia Riley Not an absolute Prince Fan but that was totally amazing he truly was One of the Greatest Artist of our Time God Rest his Soul
Emerson EMGEM I totally agree with u. I saw that performance nd it was absolutely amazing. O(+> will never be forgotten. He was great in ways that blew us away. ✌nd 💜0(+> 4 life.
Sylvia Robles es for sure.
what a humble , grounded man no airs or graces ! lOVE
I met Prince and Larry Graham back in 2005. Both were so kind! Prince was so chill and humble. I’m so honored to have had the chance to meet him❤️ such amazing souls..him and Larry both! Broke my heart the day I found out he passed.
Was that at a cult convention?
I'm 36 and just getting starting to dive into princes music for the first time in my life. His acoustic version/video of cream is what sent me down the path. Even being a guitar player, I never knew prince was such a great player.
Watch the George Harrison rock and roll hall of fame Induction, one of the BEST guitar solos on earth........EVER
@Penelope Sighs thanks I'll check it out
prince might just be the last artist that wrote all his music and majority of instrumentals RIP
at least we still have stevie...
Todd Rundgren has made several one man records writing all the music, playing all the instruments, producing and engineering. He did this already in the early seventies. I'm sure Prince was aware of his work.
+Fan Ran Kevin Parker and his band-project Tame Impala, he is playing all the instruments he recorded in his albums
Sho Lom he is the last ..
Prince just looks good
You can tell he was kind of shy though
Songbyrd Kay he’s a cool cat. Nothing wrong with being shy though- he’s human
He knew what the public didn't know.
Yeah he always was shy
Songbyrd Kay low key not shy
@@onereggie2012 true. The illuminati sacrificed him on queen England 90th bday. So sad. He was n still his greatest. His soul lives on.
I miss him and love him soooo much. I remember watching this. 2 months later I saw him at the Essence Festival in New Orleans...he is soooo awesome! R.I.P. Prince....He will always be missed....
It’s funny every time the audience claps he looks at them like “what are you doing? Don’t embarrass yourselves”…
his life was but the beginning of his journey.
his legacy will flourish for many years to come to enrich the lives of so many more.
yes
Very well put
Perfect comment.
Very well articulated. His legacy will last forever.
yes I liked the way you put that in words true!!!!!
Aw. He's so shy and adorable!
This man named Prince is just a humble great guy. Rip miss your 🎶
Not sure about humble.... Softspoken.
What an amazing performer he was. His music will live forever. RIP Prince.
he said that he would've been a teacher. COULD YOU IMAGINE GOING INTO CLASS AND SEEING THIS MAN OMG I WOULD DIE.
He was an old soul who WAS a teacher.
Some say he was the reincarnation of Mozart....
I learned from him balance
He was that quiet guy that every girl had a secret crush on
And a full bore musical genius.
He is such a beautiful spirit. Barely watched his interviews. Thanks for your gift to the world. When I get there, I wanna meet you sir. Rest in purple
He comes off like such a humble cat.
My favorite artist of all time. A musical genius.
Such a beautiful man, both inside and outside. You will FOREVER be Loved Prince.

Great!!-He was so time-ahead.
I send my salutations to Sabu... 👍

Gentle, kind human being. Awesome genius.. RIP.
+Anna Warner He was so different. He was so quiet, he never really spoke. Someone said one time that you never heard about him on the news. It's hard to gauge a person's character when they're like that.
I love arsenio . I love his questions he needs another chance on a BETTER network
I agree
MGladwell despite the cards being stocked against him, he rose to the top of the heap, and that takes discipline and focus and intelligence; all of which he had in abundance. No one can take that away from him. The Illuminati gave you an agenda to follow, which you had to follow, if you wanted to be successful by the world's standards; but thankfully you rebelled and in the end put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the only one who can bestow lasting happiness and success in this life and in the life hereafter. RIP dear Prince.
I was referring to Prince not Arsenio. When Arsenio was interviewing Prince, it was so blatantly clear that Prince was the superior intellect.
A “ better “ network didn’t want to give him a 2nd chance . So shoutout to BET for this
This world needs Prince now more than ever
We have Prince Andrew
