I heard many times (and please check with you mentor), when you are providing a service alone, 70% of your time is outreaching, 30% is actually working (I mean copywriting). Looking for leads is a huge task that takes a long long time. Best is is you find reccurring customer along the way, as they will give you a constant income and work. As you told, there a lot to learn and everyday you will earn new things, that's why I like that kind of job.
