Hey man, thank you so much for including that, every player should be able to alternate pick on 1 string fast FIRST, almost every other alternate picking video skip this. I have been practicing alternate picking for years, but i cant go past 140 sixteenth notes sadly, but i am going to try more.
I saw trower at the house of blues in Orlando, Florida many years ago and he was badass and still is. One of my favorites of all time.
