As a small business owner, I have to keep track of every printer cartridge, every software license, every dime I make. @@charlesvan13 - Selling something a certain percent greater than an accurate assessment is legal robbery (although one can never accurately ascertain the advantages to what someone else might find to be of more worth than an assessment). If the assessment is that much lower than the selling price, then this property is unjustly assessed. Because licensed, the assessor can be held accountable (to being within a certain percent). I know of assessors whose estimates were found to be too much lower than real value (in order to give the money-institute an unfair advantage) and they were set out of force, the licences revoked and the people were criminally processed (for defrauding). What is the relevance of the person's name with any of this? Are you just making an accusation? gossiping? trolling?

On the topic of Welfare: Let's not pretend that the biggest companies in the USA (and, let's face it: all developed countries) don't benefit from it, as minimum wage workers often have to use Welfare to supplement their full-time wages that they should be paid. I am from the UK, and we have a similar system called Universal Credit - I cannot tell you how many times I worked 40 hours and still had the Welfare cheque hit my bank account.
A counterfeit bill means the recipient has been robbed. Who was robbed in this case. Trump asked to borrow money, a very efficient and powerful financial institution came to a mutual agreement and Trump subsequently paid back the money with interest. Who lost? I do this even though I could save on some taxes by lying and get a bigger loan at better rates by lying. If the assessment is that much lower than the selling price, then this property is unjustly assessed. Because licensed, the assessor can be held accountable (to being within a certain percent). I know of assessors whose estimates were found to be too much lower than real value (in order to give the money-institute an unfair advantage) and they were set out of force, the licences revoked and the people were criminally processed (for defrauding).

Let's not pretend that the biggest companies in the USA (and, let's face it: all developed countries) don't benefit from it, as minimum wage workers often have to use Welfare to supplement their full-time wages that they should be paid.
I am from the UK, and we have a similar system called Universal Credit - I cannot tell you how many times I worked 40 hours and still had the Welfare cheque hit my bank account.

Not really - first you have to be a horribly vexatious litigant who files thousands of frivolous motions, attacks judges and witnesses, and lies under oath
Victimless crime.
I pay my taxes fair and square and I tell the truth when I apply for a home or car loan. I do this even though I could save on some taxes by lying and get a bigger loan at better rates by lying. I tell the truth for two reasons:
1/ telling the truth and following the law is almost always the right thing to do;
2/ if i got caught, seeing as I am not a millionaire with legions of followers donating their money to my legal bills, I would not be able to slow down teh legal system forever.
In short, I am not above the law.
Neither should Trump be above the law.
I want to see him in prison.
