If your cooking it same day, then only long enough to rinse off additional starch. Otherwise, I keep them in the refrigerator until I'm ready to use the skins. 😋
If you sprinkle sea salt on the skins after the avocado oil or after removing from the oven they will be even tastier.Great video.Thanks..

microwave potato on high 8 minutes put potato slices in ricer, skin stays in ricer. easy peezy.
