Me and my family sometimes play soccer outside before bed. Great way to get energy out before bed👍 and my 10 month old also grabs on my face like that when he's eating. Beautiful family 💓 reminds me of mine

I love that you haven’t rushed Shay into a toddler bed! Research shows they’re not really ready until closer to 3
I attempted to put my toddler in a bed at the age of one and a half and it was a legit nightmare. We immediately went back to the crib and it honestly saved my sanity. Once she turned two and 11 months I felt she was independant enough for a toddler bed and truly she absolutely loved it! She's been sleeping 11 hour nights, even when sick, its actually so mind-blowing. I can't believe I thought everything had to be rushed on a child once they hit a certain age but that's definitely not the case. With time, they all get there.

Omg yesss to the oil diffusing! I put a drop of lavender oil on my daughter's pj top before bed or diffuse it in the room and if I don't..she'll wake up like a million times a night🤣
