Powerful messaging James. Especially the part about the old version of you having to die to become the person you are now. I haven't been shy ahout saying that you are one of my biggest inspirations on this platform and have helped me push my physical and mental limits in training, through your discipline and drive. Seeing the man you are now, who has cranked out 500 burpees in under half an hour and pushing through the darkness, and knowing what you have gone through in your past to get to this stage, is even more impressive and shows your heart and tenacity. Looking forward to a part 2 if you decide to make one, or any other training that you'll continue to share. You've got a loyal follower in me for as long as you are on this platform. Salute and respect brother.

Always value your input Justin. From our earliest exchanges I always wanted you to get your workouts on screen asap. Though we forged a path on alternative routes . . Burpees brought us together. A movement as simple & basic as it seems, but have created many different types almost like musical notes.
Discipline & drive have saved me. I try to embody the person, the younger version of myself died to become . . .
      Thank you Justin.

James ... watched it entirely and I feel compelled to comment.
The last 2 minutes hit me. The fact to say I love you to people and to do something for others is the "meaning" of life
I had to deal and I am still dealing with a life changing event, with the passing of my girlfriend 5 weeks ago, after 1 year of disease. I had the pleasure to be there for her everyday during the hardest imaginable times. We should never take it for granted that we can be of service for the people we love. Our closed ones are everything and being there for them and the fortress in hardships is everything that counts.
I was hesitating to speak about it in a video, but here you are opening up about your demons. Thank you my brother. You nailed it

Simon . . I’d never be able to comprehend the thoughts or feelings your going through right now. These times are there to test us as individuals. Your on the right track. There’s always sunshine after the passing rain . . .
I’m dealing with the breakdown of my own. Lost my best friend/other-half/wife/family etc. You take it a day at a time I guess. Felt compelled to describe my feelings. This isn’t for views or likes. I want to look back at this in the future & see how far I’ve come . .

Great video. I'm dealing with mild depression and anxiety and it's a burden I need to keep in check at all times. When you mentioned in another video that you were going through struggles it came as a surprise since the way you carry yourself made you look kinda invincible. A good reminder that you never know what another person has to deal with. Thanks for being open and I hope you gonna make more videos talking about the overcoming part, it helps dealing with my own issues.

Thank you for sharing James, your honestly and openness are inspiring, as well as your ability to face your challenges and learn and heal from them.
