And from what Cucurucho said tonight, it seems that he will get better security access than Fit but he is probably going to have harder time sneaking around as the federation seems interested in his wine and are probably going to try to spy on him (Aypierre also noticed their interest in his wine a few day ago so he might try to found a way to avoid being seen when needed)

i think there's some people that has been hired since the start (definitely elquackity), maybe the members seen in the screen in quackity's last stream. the rest of them might be just people that were hired for small tasks along the way to make the island better or help the federation with little tasks. like we've seen cucurucho ask people to build stuff for them lately in exchange of rewards, basically just making them restore the island or make the "city" bigger (i think that makes sense because remember when they first arrived all the initial infrastructure of the island was deteriorated because it's been abandoned for years, even the qsmp office).

Foolish: get Mr Mustard back, his favorite Capybara is missing and Cucurucho (though they lied) said that they know a bit of information on what happened. So while Foolish is investigating, Cucurucho is relaying information, though as we can guess, it's probably manipulation from their part as Foolish was desperate to become their friend for a good while. Fit: Information, he's working alongside them to learn more information about the Federation. Not only for the Islanders, but for the outsider he's been trying to contact which is connected to his lore before arriving at the island. Jaiden: As confirmed in her latest stream, she has connections with the federation WAY before arriving at the island. Along with that, Cucurucho was helping her train to protect the eggs so a Bobby situation doesn't happen again. Her main goal to work with them was to help protect the eggs and make the island safe and happy (a common goal the federation has), but we might learn that their is more to it now that her past is in question. ElQuackity: This one is an odd one as the reasons are shrouded in mystery but it seems to be implied that ElQuackity worked with the federation before the island happened as normal Quackity said that his twin brother isn't the best person. The only thing we know is that he was put into the elections, eliminated and is now monitoring members and possibly new ones arriving soon. The rest I'm unsure as I'm not exactly caught up. Bad wasn't working with them, he was just doing something they asked in return for information. Forever is only working with the federation because he's the president and nothing more. And the rest that I remember are requests from the federation with rewards for doing them, not exactly 'work'. While I do think job offers everywhere are making me lose track, some do indeed have reasons. Either way, a friendly reminder that this is a server that is supposed to be fun and bring communities together, the most important thing is to make sure the creators are having fun!
Its weird because I am noticing a pattern, a lot of people are asked to do jobs for the federation, and some of these are information related. But the question is WHY they are hiring people, it cant just be because they are bored, there has to be another reason, if not the MAIN reason. It could be a clue to the federations true intentions, after all we know cucurucho wants perfection, if not a Utopia.
Its actually really interesting to me The only real employees are Cellbit, Fit and Foolish (I think ElQuackity might be more than an employee) The others have been doing small tasks but for what? BBH, Philza and Antoine might be for surveillance and gathering info about the members But Roier and Forever? Why the enclosures?, why do they need a supermarket? And Jaiden is another whole mistery so far
