It would be a bit mean-spirited, but it would be an interesting way for the eye dude to toss another wrench into everything.

i tend to think that bad luck is just a run of undesirable results that balance out statistically over time. A curse, on the other hand, requires deliberate action against another person's will by either another human or some deity

I was already thinking the cursed team would be mixed.
My favorite parts of this clip are either Tubbo's background commentary yelling at the red eye in the beginning, or Cellbit at 1:25 "I put all my stats into luck we're fine" lmao

But she was written down as someone they wanted. Red wanted Mouse, Fit, Roier and Etoiles. So she wasn't chosen last.

There's a small theory circling around that the cursed "team" was the ones who popped up on the screen before they were sent into Purgatory,,, building off of that idea, a majority of those people are on team bolas now (sans q!ElQuackity)
Note: take this as a grain of salt (I'm not much good at theorizing but I love reading up in them)
I actually agree with this, there has to be a reason Jaiden, Cellbit, Slime, Max, ElQuackity, and Etoiles were shown on the screen. Since most of them are red I am inclined to believe theyre the cursed team. There has to be a reason.

Ta balanceado, por mais que oss próprios jogadores tenham escolhido ficou bem balanceado, o time azul tem o Tubbo BBH Fit Aypierre e o Forever para farmar, e o vermelho tem o Etoiles o Philza e o Roier para matar e farmar, mas eu diria que o time azul perdeu só pelas escolhas que eles fizeram, o Tubbo vai mais nas amizades, até pq, que HABILIDADE a BAGI tem?(falo isso pois assisto a bagi) é provável que ele tenha escolhido ela por causa da Tina, e se tu ver todos os casais e amigos ficaram no azul, Teana x Bagi, Fit x Pac, Forever x BBH, e assim vai, acho que algumas escolhas foram até que boas mas..

It would have been way better that the teams stayed the same and the red avenging the green one, because now there's also greens in blue's team...
The best outcome would have let the green team together and let them get a taste of the "death" by themselves.
I don't like the fact that they spent 1 week working together juste to murderer each other at the end it makes no sense.
I think it's not supposed to make sense because it's a deathmatch organized by a sadistic eye creature that hates all the participants. So if it seems unfair it probably is supposed to, it's basically an anarchy server after all
If you think about content creation, it makes sense, because it wouldn't be cool to simply ban the green team players from the server for a week, it would be boring for both the ccs and those watching
@@luizaniederauer7180storywise, it would've been good if they actually got removed from the event so that BOLAS has the goal to avenge Green Team, but CC-wise it would be better to have them still in the game but just split up in the other teams.
