At 1st, due to wrng pincode i gave...at the tym of delvry, I refusd to accpt it, so it returnd back 2 thm, then instead of refund i gave thm new ri8 addrss to snd the prduct, bt again they hv send the prduct to that previous/ wrng addrss. So I again refusd 2 accpt, nd ths tym i ask thm for refund.... nd now its alreddy ovr a month, I yet not get my refund....whenevr I ask thm for refund, thy were jst saying *We have updated the concerned team to chk on ths.* and Most irritating thng is thy hav the wrost, terrible, unprofessionalisim cstmer supprt,...they don't have call facility, only whtsp/emails which they respnd hardly once a day....now m planning to lodge consumer case against thm.

It is actually a 10w speaker. It has 2 speakers of 5 w at both sides. The company has given flase specs. But to be honest, the sound quality is really good. Under 2000 you will not get 24w speakers anywhere

I'm currently facing an issue with crossbeats. They will not refund your money in cash. They will give a GV which is useless. Don't buy their products and they also block your calls and Twitter also. They are brutal in one word.
I purchased this product today but the user manual card is missing inside the box. The box was sealed. The seal was not broken but the user manual is missing. Warranty card was there inside the box.
But is it really 24 watt speaker? Kya apne kabhi iska teardown kiya hai? Agar kiya hai toh uska video bhi daal dijiye. Hum bhi dekhna chathe hai, sacchai kya hai. Kiun ki, yeh sab sasta chinese product jo claim karta hai, woh deta nahi. I think the claimed 24 watt is the PMPO of the product, not RMS.
