LOL this is a ridiculously lightweight wheelchair. Come do this with mine that weighs nearly 40 kgs! Two of us couldn't deal with it and both of us ended up with injuries. Mine were on the ribs causing breathing pain for weeks! I prefer to find a muscly man and let him show me how strong he can be :)

my husband is a paraplegic who uses a sport wheelchair that does NOT fold. It is 19.6 Kg. I have major back spasms from somehow maneuvering the w/c into the back of my suv - do you have a video showing how to lift THAT into your vehicle (I take him to dialisys 3 times a week)...thanks much for your response. And yes, it is from Irish Spring Soap.
Need tips for getting bilateral platform rollator (like the "UpWalker") in/out of same type of vehicle. If my patients could lift the rollators, they wouldn't need them!
I hope you all check the comments section on this. I do exactly this and I still feel like I am pulling a muscle in the back left side of my lower back. I try to hold in my stomach as I'm doing it because I know they say that helps your back. It doesn't do it all the time but today it is lots of pain. What kind of stretch can I do to leave this?
My boyfriend is paralyzed by spinal cord injury and has in a wheelchair. His wheelchair has buckles for his body. For those wheelchairs how do you fold it?
true. hubby is new to wheelchair (brain tumor immobility) & w. chair is a blessing but really hard for me to heave up into trunk of car. I will keep practicing different ways, my back is taking a beating tho Iam used to helping hubby alot recently.

it's a pity that they don't demonstrate how to put wheelchair in car with less lifting, more with handles used then lever the rest of the chair in!

@@karensmith2289 lightweight portable ramp what you can slide in and out. It hard on a high up SUV to push it up a steep incline.
