Pattinson asked her to keep their private life private, but she called the paps to get shots of them holding hands so she could get on magazine covers. Her parents hired her a PR team when she was 13 and did Panic Room. She still has the same team in 2021. Pattinson never had a PR team, he always avoided publicity if it was possible.
But she talked about him in interviews and sure enough, she started getting those magazine covers and film offers. He had been the breakout star of Twilight and she resented his success, so she used him. He parents were both in show business, she knew how it worked. Rob was British and not from the film business, he was unaware of what she was doing.
She won two Razzies for Worst Actress, and he's getting offers from directors like Cronenberg. She wanted his career and still does.

I didn't see anyone congratulating Sanders. He was an unknown, Snow White had been his first feature film. She on the other had was the co-star of a 5-film franchise and was world famous. He didn't take advantage of her and she was 22, not 19. She knew he was married and she knew that Liberty had recommended her for the Snow White role. She's an ungrateful brat who wanted random sex because she was bored at home.
She has the attention span of a gnat and no morals or self respect at all. Sanders didn't take advantage of her, she wasn't some innocent flower. The crew on Snow White said she came in to the set on her one day off a week to follow him around like a puppy dog. She wanted him from the day they met and she kept on until she got him. Do you people pay no attention to who she is at all?
This anxiety BS was a cover for her hiding the fact that she was bisexual. She was always afraid someone was going to expose her because she started having sex with lesbians in 2011, while they were still filming Breaking Dawn. So of course she was nervous in interviews, she was afraid her secret would be exposed. Then she was cheating with Rupert and thought that would be exposed. That's what she was "anxious" about.

Frankly, I honestly felt bad for Kristen…Rob too of course, and most especially Liberty. I’m not surprised Sanders dodged the bullet - but he shouldn’t have. HE was in a position of power, and he abused that position - and Kristen was still young enough to not really know herself. She did what a lot of us have done - she self sabotaged. I love the way she’s worked through things and came back even stronger. I think Rob has as well…I can’t imagine trying to date under the same circumstances as they were under at the time.

She had a long affair with Sanders, it wasn't just that day that's why she got caught. FameFly, a pap agency, were hired by US Weekly magazine, who had been tipped off that Stewart was having an affair with Sanders. The LA Times did an investigation when the pics came out.
They found out that US Weekly had been tipped off by someone close to Stewart that she was having an affair and that's why US Weekly hired a pap to follow her every single day. They figured at some point they would catch her with the mystery man, and they did.
Scott Cosman, the owner of FameFly (the pap agency) told the Los Angeles Times that "a lone photographer had been trailing Stewart as she met Sanders in her Mini Cooper on July 17. The snapper didn’t recognize Sanders, but knew immediately that the British director was not her boyfriend."
Besides Sanders, she had been in a relationship with Michael Angarano from 15 to 19 and she wasn't shy back then about talking about how hot she thought he was and how she actually went after him. She was like, "me likee, I'm gonna get me some of that."
Also, it would have been insane if this had been a publicity stunt, since Universal fired her from the Snow White sequel, so she missed out on a $10 million paycheck. She wanted that franchise. She still wants a franchise. She was out of work for 18 months, this scandal did nothing for her career.

I have not watched all her movies, but Clouds of Sils Maria is a blow to me. Both Juliette and Kristen perform so well in that complex relationship. I have to confess i have never watched Twilight before.
Honestly, I didn't like the the first twilight movie, so I didn't watch the rest. But, I have watched almost all the rest of her work, and it is so much more enjoyable, especially the stuff from Twilight onwards. Also Panic room and her really early stuff like Catch That Kid, really enjoyed those too.
She has always been a good actress, she just need a better script and director to work with. You can absolutely see the difference between a performance with a bad material and a performance with a good material

There are healthy and unhealthy ways of dealing with anxiety. The healthiest option is, to move the body, do a lot of exercise, go running, cycling etc. But it seems Kirsten found an unhealthy way of dealing with it: s*X. Even that would be ok in moderation and if it didn't involve cheating. But it seems she is addicted to it. I read your other comments and saw Kirsten cheats on her other partners too: she moves them into her apartment, and whenever she is happening to spend a night alone, she cannot keep herself from cheating. Surely she has serious problems, but she should have gone into therapy to find better ways of coping with it. Without treatment, the problem just gets worse and worse. After cheating on Rob, if she were really sorry, the guilt should have driven her trying to change. But it seems that either she wasn't really sorry, she already excused herself, or she didn't have the courage to really own up her faults and be humble enough to do what is necessary to change. Maybe she should have left Hollywood, and all this toxic environment and learned a decent profession. Kristen thinks the rules don't apply to her, she thinks she's above them, and doesn't regret the hurting the people who trusted her the most. She keeps cheating, so we know it doesn't bother her.
If you want to get specific, KS was out of work for 18 months, Rupert was out of work for 4 years following their affair. He lost everything in his divorce, with Liberty getting 2 houses in London and the Hollywood Hills house. He got the Malibu house and she got 85% of his earnings.

Kristen was treated for some time (by interviewers and media personalities) and responded rudely cause she doesn't pretend at all (although she always behaved politely and tactfully and didn't respond with attacks, even when she was treated openly disrespectfully).
I didn't care for the Twilight stuff but if you've ever seen The Runaways or Still Alice....shes's a great actress. She blew my mind when she played Joan Jett. She was a kid when she was doing the Twilight. Kids do dumb things....the only difference between her and the rest of us is that she's in the public eye and people have this distorted image of perfection when it comes to celebrities.

Also, it would have been insane if this had been a publicity stunt, since Universal fired her from the Snow White sequel, so she missed out on a $10 million paycheck. She wanted that franchise. She still wants a franchise. She was out of work for 18 months, this scandal did nothing for her career.
