@@nicolaschophi4080 if you look up traditional Taekwondo, you'll see that it has a wide variety of attacks, such as punches, elbows and knees. Not just kicks.

@@nicolaschophi4080 You sound casual. Every martial art being used in mma is modified to be more balanced than it originally was. If you tried doing a pure taekwondo here, you'll get tagged much more easily and taken down. MMA is not a single Art, you need a base, and taekwando is than le's base, after that he also trains other art to round himself more enough to compete competitively in mma.
