Khoa Soi Mae Manee Michelin Bib Gourmand in Chiang Mai

Khoa Soi Mae Manee is another khoa soi shop that was awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand. The khoa soi broth is very thick, rich, and spicy. They don't skimp on the curry paste here. Unfortunately, more concentrated soup meant more salty. It was good, but I like Khoa Soi Lung Prakit better.
This is their second branch. It's closer to the Chiang Mai old town. Their first branch is way out of town.

We will visit nearby chiang rai in a few mths so hope to try this khao soi version as well. 😋

I'll have to try when we go but I wonder if they make a non spicy version for the kids :)
