- Easy Homemade Ground Beef Pasta! This beef pasta is the epitome of easy home-cooked comfort food. Everybody loves it 🙂. Very easy and quick recipe for delicious, hearty dinner meal ! This Ground Beef Pasta recipe is an easy 20 minute meal that you can make with any kind of pasta. Your family will love this creamy goodness! Once you try it, you’ll be making it all the time. I think my family eats it about once a week. The ingredients in this one are super simple and affordable ! Quick and easy dinner recipe that you and your loved ones will love! INGREDIENTS:
400g / 14 oz Penne
2 Ground beef patties
Season with Salt and Black pepper
1 tsp Meat Seasoning
200g / 7 oz Shiitake Mushrooms or any variety
1 Garlic clove
Green onion
1 tbsp Fresh Chopped Ginger Root
1 tbsp Butter
60g / 2 oz Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Begin by heating a pan over medium/high heat. Add ground beef patties and spices to the pan. Cook, breaking up the meat into small pieces, until cooked through.
2. Reduce the heat to medium and add garlic and ginger to the pan. Cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.
3. Next, add mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, add the green onions and mix well.
4. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and season with salt. Add penne pasta and cook for 4-5 minutes, until it is halfway cooked.
5. Scoop out 2 ladles of pasta water and add it to the pan. Drain the pasta and transfer it to the pan as well. Turn off the heat and add Parmesan cheese. Mix everything together until well combined.
6. Remove the pan from the stove and serve the dish with an additional sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.

INGREDIENTS:
250g (8.5oz) Pasta
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp tomato pasta
Season with Salt and Black pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp basil
4 eggs
Parsley
100 ml (1/2 cup) yogurt (optional)
Salad Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale
1 small or 1/2 medium garlic clove
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Fresh ground black pepper
Zest of 1 lemon
3 to 4 tbsp lemon juice

Mrs. Sophia, very nice , delicious looking recipes, on the 1st dish I will add some garden peas, but on the 2nd dish I won't change a thing., but we would eat some garlic toast on the side. The dress you had on in the 1st video is nice & looks comfortable , & 😅 is what we call a house dress in rural Kentucky & the women wear them when cooking, cleaning , etc... women here do not wear slacks, etc...
