@@cameronbrown8811 I’ll say this, I went from horrible to what you see in my picture. A state place finish (4th), a conference and regional title, and was able to have success in college. I highly recommend Jeff Jordan to anyone. His videos are online as well.

I agree with axelfbomer on this one. There is a soft spot on the back of the skull that when hit (even softly) can cause dizziness and at times loss of consciousness. But that was an awesome single leg sweep, very well done.
