I have a disabled sister that only has $230 in her budget for food each month. Your vids have helped me to help her so much to insure that she has enough meat to last the month. That pork loin alone provides enough for 15 meals.

Makes so much sense about the brisket. A month ago my husband and I were shopping and thought that the price we got was a mistake on the brisket! Can’t remember the exact price/lb but We only paid about $30ish & all the others were $60+. We grabbed that brisket so fast

I’m loving the great tutorials that you are making, I’ve bought whole pork loins, USDA Prime strip loins and whole sirloin and cut them up myself, it’s fantastic! I love it and I save a ton of money. I cut the chops and steaks an inch thick and get 19 that’s 9 meals for two people and it only cost about $1.00 per steak, that’s fantastic! We recently went to a steakhouse and a sirloin steak was $23.00 that’s insane. Thank you for making these videos. Cindy

You are 100% correct; flash-frozen is the was to go. I use this rule for all fish. Unless I buy it from the dock or catch it myself. When you buy it at the fish counter in the supermarket, 9x out of 10, it is previously frozen-thawed, and god knows how long it was in the case.

Our Sam’s Club rotisserie chickens are six dollars apiece but I consider it still a really good deal! Our local Walmart will sell the smaller rotisserie chickens for $3.50. Sometimes if they have a ton of them left over they will put them in the back by the Milk cases but if they will be in an open case towards the back there in the back of the store and when they put those out for $3.50 people will snap those up late at night. They usually put them out around 10 o’clock! Our local Sam’s The tenderloin is $2.15 per pound. It is absolutely amazing but did go on sale just recently for the dollar 98 per pound but usually runs roughly about $2.15 per pound which is absolutely amazing for being boneless! I do not recommend anybody picked up the pork tenderloin that has bones with it because it’s usually 50% bone 50% pork loin! Given that said, the boneless ones are absolutely amazing! We don’t usually buy steak or shrimp from Sam’s Club, however, I do buy really good ground beef at Sam’s Club and they’re 90% lean ground beef it’s only $4.35 per pound and that is their average going price which is absolutely amazing especially since I have a Chihuahua that does eat the ground beef as well and she has pancreatitis he cannot have anything less than 90% lean! Great job 1:35

This was SO helpful! We just did our Sam's haul and will be SURE to remember the shrimp tip! :) We spent $122 for almost 50 lbs of meats plus the eggs! Chicken wings, 4 HUGE steaks, ground beef, a rack of pork ribs (they cut the beef ribs too thin for my liking) and bacon! Was looking forward to their oxtails but-- 6 for $30 didn't seem like a good deal to me. It's funny, growing up, that used to cost NOTHING! :) #Carnivore4Life

Hey Wizard (sorry I don't know your actual name). I just came across your videos and have been binge watching them. I have also been looking at sams club deals myself. I am thinking about buying a chuck roll for all the good reasons but I would love to hear your comments on another item sams club has. They sell a bulk package of "special trim," which the website describes as Export Style or lifter meat. Which by my calculations is the ribeye cap. Anyway, I am considering buying it to mess around with. I think its like 5 dollars a pound. Probably a good bit of trimming work but I think it could be fun and worth it to tie up some steaks with.
Great content by the way, I hope you keep it up and continue your success.

I've been sleeping. The only thing I buy from Sam's is baby formula. I haven't been there in months since I've fully switched him to milk

Meh on most of the meat deals as buying a whole packer brisket and a whole pork loin can give a ton more meat and you save alot more money as you don't have to pay the processing fees vs you buy steaks and chops + a roast and ground chunk guess what your paying the over head processing fees vs doing everything yourself.
