When Spring comes, we incubate, hatch, raise and eat. We also pickle, boil, sell, etc. I do plan on being in ShedWars21. I have to do back and look at John’s rules video to remember what I have to do to officially enter the draft?
I got mine real mill worms they are 3weeks,you should see the 1 run around in its mouth,he was proud

Your granddaughter is adorable. My daughter is almost 4, your granddaughter reminds me a lot of her. She loves to get in and help with all our animals. And such a good helper being little and can get into places that is much harder for us old adults...lol

They are ADORABLE. Not our focus but I have heard that if handled frequently from birth, they will become very tame and like a pet.

How can i get jumbo Quail hatching eggs in india ?
I honestly do not know in India. I am assuming there are hatcheries over there as well?

I really love raising Quail. Any time I can get a cage cheaper than I can build it, It is a plus.
Yes, it is! I keep my eye out for those sort of deals - get lucky every now and then. Quail are so much fun to raise.
Have you had any problems with predators getting the birds that are in the cage that is on the ground with the chicken wire sides?
We haven’t really had any trouble with predators on this farm. We had one incident last year where some wild dogs/ coyotes got ahold of some small piglets. And we have found a snake in our quail cages one time. Fingers crossed that it stays that way.

What kinda starter feed do you feed when they are still little until adult age?
Quail/ game bird starter until 6 wks and then quail/ game bird layer/ breeder.
Great video very informative I really enjoyed it I’ve already been thinking about getting quail you have convinced me as soon as I get my land they will be the first food producer I buy
