- Beef Birria Tacos Recipe
(Would you Try these??)

Ingredients -
Stove : Cook Low for 3-4hrs until tender
4 Lb Beef (Recommend : Chuck Roast)
4 Bay Leaves
1 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon / Cinnamon Stick
1 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Peppercorn
2 Sprigs Rosemary
2 Sprigs Thyme
2 Cubes Bouillon Cubes (Chicken)
1 Pint Beef Broth + 3 Cups Water
-------------
Blender Sauce
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tomato
5 Cloves Garlic
Half Onion
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Oregano
Pinch Salt + Black Pepper
6 Guajillo Peppers ((But I would do 3 Guajillos 2 Ancho 1-2 Arbol)
1 1/2 Cup Water

After Blending if content is too Thick add water

This is the type of food im willing to pay for. Not those wannabe special burgers, which i can make in 10 minutes myself with some ground beef, smashing it and bread. This is a lot of work and flavour and looks absolutely delicious. It would take a lot of time and effort to make these so its "fast food" thats absolutely worth its money
For those who think that wagu tallow is expensive that tub he used in the vid is like 30 bucks it’s like the same price for that amount of butter yet it’s so good and adds a rich flavor to what ever you use it on I use it as a substitute for butter for almost everything I make

Try the same ingredients but use a Dutch Oven but pour the blended sauce straight after you seared the salted peppered meat. Cook in oven at 375 for 2-3 hours remove from oven split sauce only into another pan add 2 to 3 cup of water and some beef boullion to boil Y you got yourself a Barbacoa Birria con consome....I hate boiling meat in flavored water, I rather cook it in the Chile mix PA QUE AGARE AHUA!

You don’t dip the tortillas in the consommé but rather the grease, the tortilla should not be sogged up, it should be fried due to the grease
