Yokai watch 5 has a great plot there is a great war between the yokai of the light and the darkness(an army of doom), one day a boy named Yuu and his friends(Maki, Tenma and Tomo) found a watch and a distress for help a strange looking cat with two tails and somehow transported to the world of Yokai where the strange cat turns out to be a yokai named Kodanyan who is destined to be the king of yokai, and now teaming up with mekamerion(the robotic version of blazion, but unlike the regular blazion he can speak even without his flame mane) and kayugahime(a different variant of blizzaria who controls all flora) and skycutter the eagle yokai(which he is revealed to be an oni type yokai) they must the evil lord of darkness in order to save the yokai world(this game has yokai from the original games, shadowside, forever friends and jam collide into one yokai world along with the new yokai that will appear (Most yokai won't be in this game)) There are 3 armies (2 want to restore peace to the yokai world while 1 wants to take over the yokai world and then the human world) The freedom fighters founded by Kodanyan, Mekamerion, and Kayugahime The Wild force(they served as the rival army, since they both wanted to restore peace to the yokai world, it is made of beast yokai) led by another boy named Koichi and his friends wild Nozuchi(a variant of Slimammander), wild Kabe(A wild variant of Noway), Tigriffon, and wild Sunao(A wild variant of Sandmeh) Finally, the Dark army(they served as the main antagonist). The city that the heroes live is green dale. the new yokai world is a natural and relatively realistic environment chock-full of the ruins of a long-lost civilization which have begun to be subsumed by the natural flora and fauna. Among these ruins, many familiar creatures from the original yokai watch games including 4 including the new yokai
But as you progress through new world you will found out that new world is actually of a giant floating island hovering above on an even larger unknown world called the old yokai world and the old world is a wasteland the dark army has taken over the land since the first big war the dark army minions has put innocent yokai in cages kidnapping them to become evil yokai
It’s because they got introduced hella late probably 4-5 months after they finished ykw 3 and with 4 they didn’t have the time to squeeze them in so thus they remain in sangokushi mobile and puni puni (komani in world)

@@velmamaldonado2343 pretty safe, I remember watching ykw a lot in there, sorry for not saying so because I forgot it existed. But if I remember correctly, most of the eps are raw (no subs)
