    Just bought one, mostly off the back of seeing it here - and it's a game-changer. Now I can actually go away for the weekend on my own, on public transport, and not rely on friends to haul my gear around! The bag takes all the weight, and doesn't make the chair "tippy" at all. You still maintain utmost control, can spin, go back, pop wheelies, etc. It really is like there's nothing there (I actually forget I've got it attached sometimes!). Yes, it's not cheap, but it's exceptional quality, and if (like me) you spend any significant amount of time in a chair, it's well worth it. I'd highly recommend! Great video Sophie, and thanks for opening my eyes to a proper travel solution!

    I would have preferred some form other wheels on it personally as it seems you have to drag them sideways when going around corners.

    • @alanrabe6021
      @alanrabe6021 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you look closely the wheel is made of a ring of rollers. That is why it rolls sideways easily.

    • @TheHrb1234
      @TheHrb1234 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alanrabe6021 I dont see rollers - they appear to be be fixed in place to me and have to skid across the surface when being pulled at a diff. angle.

    • @PhoenixInstinctLtd
      @PhoenixInstinctLtd 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheHrb1234 our wheels are omnidirectional so that you can move with total agility. They don't skid along the surface, they roll for full 360° manoeuvrability :)

      @@PhoenixInstinctLtd All I can say is the impression I get with what I see. Maybe Id suggest you do a closeup look at the wheels then? Ive seen the chirs spinning in circles with the bag on but Ive also noted those bags were empty at the time.

      No because it has a hard base, so the line from the clip to the wheels is solid & as it is at an angle all the weight goes through the wheels.

    • @timboxall8936
      @timboxall8936 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I can attest it doesn't - all the weight is borne by the bag itself. Even fully loaded, I've not noticed any significant change in the centre of gravity in my chair, or and performance changes.

    Hi Sophie..I wonder why you're in a wheel chair..You have so much energy and adventurous lifestyle...was it an accident along the way ?

    • @TheXangelus

      Rebel with a cause tbh thats a pretty rude question to ask someone in a wheelchair. While I can’t speak for sophie i know me(also in a wheelchair) and my friends who are in wheelchair get asked these questions allot and it can be a bitt painfull for someone to ask that. I’m not trying to be rude or mean at all but i just know that that question is sometimes a bit hurtfull. That someone has allot of energy and has an adventurous lifestyle does not mean they have to be healthy and not in a wheelchair. Its like saying that because your in a wheelchair you should be home all the time.

      I wonder why you're an asshole, was it by accident or intention?

      I am sure you did not mean your comment to come off poorly but it does. It is nice that you can see Sophie is just a regular person, who happens to use a wheelchair. However you seem to have a stereotypical view of disabled people that they are lazy & unadventurous, which is not true.
      Depending on the disability & how they are affected some people have no option but to live their life cautiously due to health & physical limitations. Often this is caused by a physical chronic condition which limits their energy, causes brain fog, have weakness, pain etc. This is not a choice though, is it out of their control which is beyond frustrating. The majority of disabled people (unless depressed etc) do as much as they can, it takes even more effort to do simple things like go to the shops, but with determination they creatively find new ways of doing things, or peruse options which are accessible to them.
      I do not know what percentage of wheelchair users who are paralysed (like Sophie who is a paraplegic) but apart from facing adversity & possible trauma from an accident, it does not change your innate personality. Sophie, & others, were born adventurous, that does not change just because you become disabled!
      I am glad that seeing Sophie has made you reconsider your assumptions but about disabled people, please consider that rather than her being the odd one out, most disabled people are very similar, their personalities & interests vary just like able-bodied people.
