I agree with that Detective 359. Tough book to get in grade. Print runs are Alot less then there Marvel counterparts. Nice Video, Thanks for sharing.

Yes, agree: the 9.9 GSXM1 and Wolverine LS1 10 are certainly “ego” buys and terrible collection resources decisions for overall purchase power. Post Deadpool 3? Another price dip probably. Yeah but hopefully u bought awhile back. If you’re looking to buy now I’d say forget about it. Too much risk

Love the 10 top Lawrence! I don't think we go much lower on some of the modern keys like NM 98. Can it go lower than $1100? I got one which was graded a 5+ years ago so it actually doesn't have spine ticks...
Great list and solid advice. I always look forward to these videos. That said, does anyone buy raw anymore? Maybe I’m too old school, but I just can’t bring myself to spend the extra dough on a graded copy of a book I can get in the same grade raw for a fraction of the price. I know there are certain risks buying raw but that was the norm when I started collecting 35 years ago. You just have to know what to look for. Buying graded definitely takes the guesswork out but it also takes the fun of the hunt out too IMO.

When you say you don’t want to buy NM87 because of 9.9s coming to market, is it because you are holding off for a 9.9 or because you fear the 9.8s will drop? If it’s the ladder, let’s say 5 9.9s come, that’s only 5 people who will have the funds to be in that arena and make a play. The 9.8s won’t be affected for this particular book. I don’t own that book so I’m not being defensive, just my opinion
@@tikertiker2 I just think with so many raw copies out there that will eventually being graded it will drive the price down. More 9.9s are coming. Then 10s
it depends on how deadpool performs with normies. Comic ppl already have the books, but if its a huge hit, some lapsed comic fans and new fans might come into the market
