Great interview. Misha still occasionally posts stuff on his personal page, but these guys don't talk about gear enough online. That's all people talk to them about in person!
No it was actually a Schecter USA Sunset Classic 7 in a custom solid silver finish. Schecter built him one with custom specs while PRS built his 7-string. I believe it was one of the first ones with a hipshot and no pickup rings.
How can the people in front hear Spencer but not the guitars? They're coming from the same speakers. Sorry, gotta call b.s. Another guitarist that thinks the guitars aren't loud enough
Blood Bath and Beyond Silent stage. They were going direct from the AxeFx to the PA that's hanging from the sides of the stage, so there was absolutely no guitar or bass sound on the front row. That's why they use cabs now.
+blood bath and beyond you obviously didn't listen or couldn't comprehend what he said. Much easier to just say " durr typical guitarist with an ego herp derp." When there are no cabs you can hear a dude scream 5 feet in front of you much easier than a guitar if you're positioned in the dead spot between the pa. Ever tried to tune a guitar in a noisy room? Probably not I doubt you play an instrument.
err...electric guitars without cabs aren't actually loud when you're in the front most row...and the speakers you're talking about...if you know how the FOH speakers or line arrays work in terms of range and projection...then you would know that fans in the front row aren't getting the full dynamic range compared to the fans at the back row...but yeah instead of doing a bit of research, it's easier to call b.s. and say he's just another guitarist that thinks the guitars aren't loud enough

Nice, but why mix in like 3 tracks at once in the background?
Palle Ryde cause some dumbass is playing/singing iris in the background.
What's that riff at the beginning? Name?? It's so good.
Sounded like a clip of something unreleased by them. They kind of do that a lot lol ain't it a tease?
The ambience is from the song "Psychosphere" then the riff after Mark introduces himself is "22 Faces"
2 songs on 8 string?
Are they 'Alpha' and '22 Faces'? Both songs are in the key of F#m.
The song alpha is on a 6 string, but I'm not sure about 22 faces.
22 faces and four lights
From memory stranger things is as well
Their 8 string songs are Ji, A Black Minute, The Event, 22 Faces, Four Lights and Stranger Things
I believe 22 faces is in b minor
The Holcomb hair is to Mark what the Rachel hair is to Rachel.
what periphery song is playing at the very end of the video?
JoshthePoser Make Total Destroy
