He managed to do it well in spite of his palpable sadness, and now it will remain an eternal tribute to his father from the broken heart of his son. Incredible. 😔🙏❤

It has been quite some time, and Dan is aware that it's the natural order of life for parents to pass away before their children. Nevertheless, it's always moving to see how Dan made it through the song with his beautful voice.

No doubt about it, I prefer Dan's cover than Elvis. ❤ Dan wasn't trying to be funny in any of this. He can't help himself with the power of the music sometimes though. But it's heartbreaking watching this and I think he does an awesome job singing when he is hurting so much. This was one of his dad's favorite songs. His dad was an Elvis fan. He looks up to Heaven sometimes because he's singing this song for him. Makes me cry every time I watch this, and yes, he did far better than Elvis!

I fail to see the humor in "the shoulder" (Look closely, he was actually pulling his whole arm back in tempo with the music.). Nothing humorous in this beautiful, touching, serious tribute to his deceased father.

It’s so hard for me to watch Dan singing this he was so brave he had just lost his Father, how he got through it is beyond me. It just shows what control he has over his emotions!!!!! Most would have broke. I just want hug him. He is great and has continued to grow in an Epic way ❤❤❤❤ God Bless you Dan.
