What books have made you cry? :(
What books would you recommend I read? ⭐
What group of books would you want to see me tapping next? :)

I don’t normally comment on videos but I just wanted to say that you make some of the best book ASMR I’ve ever seen- like genuinely unmatched. Keep it up!!

Just read Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro and I was tearing up so much at the end. I still need to pick up Heaven and this convinced me for sure! Loved the tapping, so many tingles.

Ooh, I actually own that book, as my friend recommended it to me! I tried reading it, but put it down to read later, as I wanted to pay close attention to the story. I was finding it a little confusion when it was switching timelines? So, I want to read it when I have a clear head, and when I can fully focus. Now, that you have mentioned it, I am excited to pick it up again - as I've only heard high praise about it! I'm so curious to see what it entails.
Having picked up Heaven on a whim, I was pleasantly surprised by it. I hope you enjoy it too, as it's definitely one of my favourites! Glad you enjoyed the video, and thank you for the recommendation :)

thank you so much, I'm glad you liked! 😊 I just checked out the synopsis, and it feels like a very thought-provoking and deep book, I'm intrigued. At only 80 pages, I can imagine it all goes down quite quickly, and the emotions build up. Thank you for the recommendation, I've never heard of it before, but I've added it to my list! :)

Great video! The tapping was very soothing 😌Pity I don't have the time to do more reading, I should probably start shortening my reading list during the summer holidays...

Glad you enjoyed the tapping :) Hopefully you'll be able to find some time to read, and if not that's okay too! It can be hard to find some quiet time to focus and read. All you can do is try your best!
With a reading list, it's easy to be disappointed by the books you don't get to. But, I like to remember that I will get to them with time, and I'm happy with the ones I did read - even if it's a couple of pages or a couple of books. I like to remember reading one page is more than reading zero pages, so maybe you can squeeze in some time somewhere? If you do get a chance, I hope you have fun reading! and if you don't, I hope you have a lovely summer holiday!

One book that has made me cry was the last ever high school book to read. It is called “A Thousand Splendid Suns” by Khaled Hosseini. This book is set in the end of Soviet invasion, start of the taliban coming in and taking over. It was obviously set in Afghanistan, and oh my goodness, it was such a good book but it made me cry like 4-5 different time.

I have heard of that book, thought I haven't read it! I can imagine it being quite heavy and emotional, due to the setting and story-line. Reading stories about war are always painful, but they really give a different insight and perspective. I just read the synopsis, and I'm so curious about what is going to happen to the main character... Would you recommend the book? I know the author also wrote The Kite Runner, so I feel like it would be great for me to read either one of those books at some point, as I seen many positive reviews. Have you by chance read that one too? :)

@@koicoww I would 100% recommend this book! It’s amazingly written. I have not yet read Kite Runner. But I’m sure it’s just as good as this one! But it does contain very VERY heavy topics so read with caution. But it’s an amazing book and probably one of my favorites I have ever read. I didn’t want to put it down kind of feeling!

Wow, just check out the description and it sounds quite interesting! Without spoilers, how scary or graphic would you say the novel is? Because, I can't say I'm much of a horror reader, but I am definitely intrigued. Thank you for the recommendation!

@@koicoww there is death and description of wounds (feet blisters and stuff from walking) and i personally think it's kings least scariest book, just really sad and tense

@actuallyapomergranate Oh, that doesn't sound too bad then! I'm kind of excited :D I can imagine it becoming quite intense, and there being a mental and physical fatigue built up in the characters as the book goes along. And I love that emotional build-up. I'm happy with this suggestion, as I do want to read more Stephen King, so thank you
