Hi Bob Jenny made the right call to stay and clean up the van! Long walk and steep hill's I bet you and Poppy slept well that night! Looking forward to your next trip. Cheers Bill
Thank you both for sharing your experiences, lovely scenery, great photography and valuable information on your tour round all the Tranquil sites. You must have walked many miles with Poppy. Bless you both, take care Carol & Steve 👍❤️ xx (Lovely music with this video)
Really enjoyed watching your videos on TH-cam as always I'm also following you on Twitter glad you both are keeping well hope you both will have many more years of use from motorhomes will enjoy many more years of watching your filming 👍
Another great tour.enjoyed the vlogs.in fact we are going down to york in september.been wanting to go for a while and seen your vlog of the site and booked it.
Enjoyed that Bob, Longnor isn’t too far from where I live. It’s a fair old walk from the site to the village though, but it keeps you fit! You earned your chips! Great vlog!
That was a nice walk Bob - a bit tired now after viewing that - lol. Did you tell Jenny that you had a chippy lunch? Lovely little video with nice appropriate music as usual.
thoroughly enjoyed coming along with you on this tour of very interesting places. The scenery on your last walking tour was so wonderful Bob. The stone used on the buildings was so pretty. Thanks for including all the wrong turns, we have all done that! Hubby says wait until you see how he rewards himself for getting there...oh my those English chips did look good. Not on my diet over here, as I eat Keto/Low carb. Now awaiting your next trip out-Thanks again
Hi Bob and Jenny, now we cannot go over to France, yet again, we wondered about the Norfolk area have you ever been to any sites there so I could watch your review. We both love your in depth reviews and value your advice.
I can recommend the little cafe in Longnor. - Cobbles Cafe. I’ve stopped there several times on bike rides - nice food and not too expensive. The large stone building next door used to be a Craft Centre and cafe, but has now gone up market and turned into a posh restaurant, with prices to match.
As I watched I was thinking we’ve been to Longnor before, and into that place you mentioned when it was a craft centre and cafe. Was a few years ago when we stayed at the Buxton site, I think.
Really enjoyed your trip to longnor as I said before This would have been a good trip to have taken your small car as there are lots of fantastic villages in that area to see but a little difficult to park a motor home Maybe next time
Also, we have a new 3 month old puppy and we are hoping to take her away in our camper van. It would be useful if you could do a video ( or perhaps you’ve already done one) covering the doggy aspect of your travels - sleeping arrangements, travel crates, what sort of things you need to take with you., etc. Thanks.
You should've taken a leaf out of Jenny's book and used Google Maps.I hope you saved some chips for Jenny, at least you had earned them adter your epic journey to the village. Guy.
We judge sites on what they are like not the labels. We have used CLs in the past, but prefer the ease of booking and planning our trips with club sites. Also it is difficult to organise a tour around CLs, due to different booking arrangements.
Lovely tour. Loved the architecture in the village

Lovely tour. We seem to share the same sense of direction Bob!
Longnor Wood looks like a nice site, which I’ll keep in mind for next time we venture up that way. I was worn out watching you do that walk, though.
Me too!
😊👍 very enjoyable tour
Enjoyed that whole series, well done you two...er..I mean three!
Nice one Bob. Lovely videos in this series. Have you ever done off grid motorhome videos at all?
Sure some of us would appreciate your take on things
We don't tend to be off grid very much, so couldn't tell anyone very much about it.
That was a nice walk Bob - a bit tired now after viewing that - lol. Did you tell Jenny that you had a chippy lunch? Lovely little video with nice appropriate music as usual.
Thank you, yes I did phone her, she missed a treat.

Wish I was There!
Hi Bob and Jenny
Hi
Did you get your orientation badge !!! Dib dib dib 😂
The only badge I can remember getting was for cloud formations!
Oh that’s brilliant ☁️🌥🌧⛈
Fish and chips good choice I bet poppy was jealous
Don't tell Jenny, but Poppy had a couple of chips...
@@BobEarnshawMoHo oooo naughty girl 🤣🤣🤣🤣
We’re the chips good? 😁
Excellent, a just reward.
😀😀👌
😂😂 bet you wished you’d taken Mrs Sat Nag with you 😂😂
Google maps on yer phone Bob, might have saved a walk the wrong way as you left the site 🗺🗺😊😊😊
I switched Google maps on after that! 😊
I play safe going out in the wilds for CL sites & have put the OS map program on the phone, well worth the £19.99/ year 😊
A “country mile” obviously! 😂
You should've taken a leaf out of Jenny's book and used Google Maps.I hope you saved some chips for Jenny, at least you had earned them adter your epic journey to the village. Guy.
Hi Bob and Jenny, I was thinking you seemed to spend most of your time on large sites. Don’t you like CL sites?
We judge sites on what they are like not the labels. We have used CLs in the past, but prefer the ease of booking and planning our trips with club sites. Also it is difficult to organise a tour around CLs, due to different booking arrangements.
Bob Earnshaw: thank you for your replying
Great tour great motorhome great videos lovely family thank you.
