Emily I am 72 and just love to watch and listen to you and your mother play the pianoes. Wow you are truly amazing girl, play more and you'll be world-wide artist and play in all the big cities of he world. Good luck and happy next Birthday. I hope you many more and be happy and enjoy playing all your life. You are an brilliant and talented pianist. 😇😇
Emily, I’m 82 years old and have always wanted to play the piano. I’ve practiced all these years and must say that I can play chopsticks like no one else. But, you are the true epitome of how a piano should be used. Music can be good and some of it bad, but when you sit down and caress the keys, it all sounds good. Everyone loves fame, and although fame may excite you, it’s your love of music, the piano and what you do with them that I think makes you, and those who love you, truly happy. So what does an 82 year old man have to tell you? I’ll just say you don’t just keep your family, your friends, a group, a concert hall or a stadium full of people amazed and happy. You do your magic for millions around the world and your talent, your charm, your confidence, the sparkle in your eyes and your sensitivity towards others such as our military and our country makes all these people happy. Finally, you are a true mentor to so many young people trying to find their way in life. Keep up the good work, you and your family are truly amazing. Kind wishes, Frank
Emily Bear with her jazzy, snazzy playful ways with the piano, and Alma Deutscher with her lovely music of classical beauty... two outstanding very young composers and musicians indeed.
OMG! Absolutely stunning! When I played the "Flight of the Bumble Bee", my bee must have been on its last leg because it never sounded quite like that! Beautiful!
She was the cutest little thing on the Ellen show with that cute little grin at 6 years old and now she has become a 14 year old beauty with even more perfection on the piano and I still love that captivating smile.
oh, Emily! You make me cry every time I hear you amazing music. What teachers you have had to guide you in such technique. Even with tiny hands at what age? ages? And you are all over the key board. what a pure joy. And your joy shines brilliantly. Does not get any better!
She is absolutely amazing! Makes me ask myself what I've been doing these past 13 years since I'm the same age as her. She's absolutely brilliant! Truly the next Mozart!
I am married to a pianist who Blesses me every time he plays. It is so wonderful to hear this young lady play so well. The drummer was amazing too. That is not easy to be in such harmony with each other.
2:16 these smiles!!! As a former piano practicing pupil, I waver between "there ain't too many players to crowd one keyboard" and "one is enough to cover it all". Here, the latter is true, absolutely!
Jeez, that grin gets me every time, in all her videos. All I can do is cheer. All the best! Sure would like to hear "Hungarian Rhapsody #2, bet she'd nail it perfectly.
Nutz... the video editing is superb (and I don't know what I am talking about) and she reminds a little bit of Keith Emerson. Crazy stuff and lovin it.
That was absolutely beautiful I wish I could see her perform in person one day and maybe even get to talk to her as well you never know dreams do come true
At first I was irked by the editing..then I realized what they were doing...I'm sure the music was all from one performance, but that makes the editing even more amazing. Great job, vid editors! And Emily, you just amaze...and amaze...and amaze...I've been a fan of yours since you were just a wee one. Go Emily!!
I cannot believe my eyes that this little child of six five years ago could do what she does today, this is stunning, at six she composed in ten minutes a beautiful piece of music for Ellen de Generes show.
Like? I like it x 100!!!! What an outstanding job with the editing. Perfectly done, and what a great honor and tribute to, as Q calls her, "Lady Please Knees." Happy birthday, Emily. Am looking very forward to the 16 Oct. show at Joe's. God bless you, child!!
Believe it or not there is only a handful of people in the world that can play this song. But Emily absolutely smokes them all. You can actually see smoke coming out of one of the pianos as she is playing or am I just seeing things? And that smile lets you know that a masterpiece if being played.
Dear Emily, you're awesome !!!! - Everything I got to hear and see from you so far is just mindblowing! Have you met Jarrod Radnich yet, I wonder ? ... I'd love seeing you two playing sg together one day! What a phenomenal music experience that would be!! Congratulation!
So many NOBODIES give thumbs down!!! Of course they are NOBODIES so it doesn't matter. She is an amazingly talented girl!!! Jealousy is on reason for a thumbs down.
Why in the world ? Are they crazy? I just got a mssage fro my gran niece that her 3month old is in his bouncy seat loving and kicking and grinning to Mozart. YES.
This literally brings on tears it is so exhilarating ! The fact that everyone on the planet did not see her earliest performance of this says one thing to me : Who ever controls the media, is not doing it because they love humanity... and of course this is all about to change ! The words to go with this music can change the whole world overnight... and of course, we did not know it in the very same way most people have never heard of Emily Bear. We will readily forgive the people responsible for this travesty, because only love can explain what we never knew, but, thanks to Emily Bear, are quickly to discover !
I hope that, someday, Emily returns to her "Classical" piano playing. There is such a wealth of classical composers she probably hasn't explored. There are some excellent women composers, from different musical periods, whose music she could play Amy Beach is one of the composers whose music is extremely challenging for a pianist. I'd love to hear Emily play some of her works, in the future. She certainly has the dexterity to do it.
Dear Emily! Just found you and your fabously talent. Love your connection to both classiscal music and jazz. You remind me of the great french pianist Jacques Lossier (se him on You Tube) playing Bach in jazz style.. I can hear some of "him" in you....it cannot be better than that!
I heard in some interview with Emily's mom that Emily was still in diapers when she started playing the piano. You realize what this means? Playing the piano is easier than tending to those natural bodily functions, for Emily. That is just mind-blowing.
Her grandmother is a piano teacher and she was watching the children and heard the scales being played in the other room. She said she went into the room to see and discovered it was the baby playing.
In 2008, Emily won an ASCAP Foundation Morton Gould Young Composer Award for her piece "Northern Lights", the youngest composer ever to win the award. In 2015, she won an ASCAP Foundation Morton Gould Young Composer Award for her orchestral piece "Les Voyages". In 2016, she won an ASCAP Foundation Herb Alpert Young Jazz Composers Award for her piece "Old Office". In 2017, she won an ASCAP Foundation Herb Alpert Young Jazz Composers Award, for her piece"Je ne sais pas".
The piano is in my opinion a very beautiful instrument that is extremely hard to play well. I love it love to hear pianist like this young beautiful genius Either you got it or you don't She has it.

There have been quite a few child prodigy pianists, but a tiny tiny handful of child composers. She's beyond gifted. She's a generational talent.
SHER IS GOD GIFT TO US
Emily Bear with her jazzy, snazzy playful ways with the piano, and Alma Deutscher with her lovely music of classical beauty... two outstanding very young composers and musicians indeed.

As a former piano practicing pupil, I waver between "there ain't too many players to crowd one keyboard" and "one is enough to cover it all". Here, the latter is true, absolutely!

Incredible for a 14 Years old girl..!
I heard in some interview with Emily's mom that Emily was still in diapers when she started playing the piano. You realize what this means? Playing the piano is easier than tending to those natural bodily functions, for Emily. That is just mind-blowing.
Maybe her mom was over-exaggerating
totally stupid comment
Her grandmother is a piano teacher and she was watching the children and heard the scales being played in the other room. She said she went into the room to see and discovered it was the baby playing.
The March Hare Yes, her grandmother was also a concert pianist previous to teaching.
She is legendary
It's clearly heard that she doesn't struggle through it but that she has mastered the piece, mastered the instrument, the setting, the performance.
¡Impresionante fantástico! Felicitaciones y Dios te bendiga!!!
Fabulous!!!
I was there ( in Stuttgart)and I saw Emily...
