For example today I found a glass water pitcher that I was considering and I said to myself “I better put this in my buggy while I think about it!” By the way I’m from Ohio and we call them shopping carts, but now I find myself saying buggy instead! As a Believer I keep Passover and not ‘Easter’. I do love to decorate to stay in tune with the seasons but just this past year I didn’t find myself loving all the major change ups so I decided this year to just enjoy fine tuning my regular decor with just enough to nod at the current season. Whew! I think I have worn myself out doing the big change overs with each season. I love fall so much that in years past I even change my curtains to match for fall but I have just lost my energy for quite such a hullabaloo!

Hello Julie. I hope you had a lovely Saturday. Great fines: green table clothes, blue pillowcase, plate rack, Reindeer candle holder, cute little Jello metal bowls, vintage salt cellar and Nice tops. It was raining all day in Pennsylvania, and we stay home. Rested a lot. For Lunch I made Meatball sandwiches using the softest rolls from BJS Club. My husband made Beef Stew with white rice. I always decorate for Easter. The Dining room table is my main decorating spot is where we have our Easter dinner too. This year we are going to paint wooden eggs that I bought on sale from At Home Store last year. Always buy decorations on sales. I use the Spring flag outside and decorate the front yard too. Blessings. 💖💞💖

Hi Julie! I decorate for Easter in every room ! I didn’t put up my Easter village though. Love Spring and Easter! Jesus is Risen! Another idea for the cheesecloth is to cover vents (to catch dust). Thank you for your videos! They are fun to watch to see how you plan to style the treasures! Those metal jello molds would have definitely come home with me! The navy pillowcases look great on your bed!

Picture frames can be used as trays! I wrapped the back of one with my grandma’s handkerchief with the glass protecting it! You could do a collage or decoupage the back of a piece of cardboard. This year I decorated for spring which I haven’t done in a decade!
Looks too thick to be cheesecloth but…I’d use it as Cheesecloth but sometimes I use what they used to call flour sack towels. Love that plate holder you took home.
Pot plant is very cute. I live in the coal region of PA. We have some sayings too. A vacuum cleaner is a sweeper, a creek is a crick and cabbage rolls are called pigeons.
Just a thought. Keep all your Christmas items you are thrifting throughout the year in one spot. Then when it’s time to decorate with them do a video. Love your videos and you!!!

I love my marble eggs and antique egg cups, Beatrix potter figurines and antique postcards and bunnies. So I definitely enjoy switching out winter to spring decor. Hi Julie..not sure but don’t think that is cheese cloth…may be a medical cloth. I do decorate for Easter. I have a lot of vintage Easter decor and an Easter tree. I say I am not going to put it out, but every year I do. I do have two little girls across the street that I can say I decorate for them. I have one of those old metal chairs that I paint a bunny on for my yard, put eggs out, a big concrete bunny with a pretty ribbon around his neck, and just all kinds of Easter. After Easter which I leave up for awhile, I will put out some lighter color decor for Spring. My neighbor brought one the youngest little girl over and she put four baby chicks in my Easter basket and we had an adorable Easter shoot at our house. Chicks are for fresh eggs later. Do you remember when they dyed the chicks blue, green and pink and sold them? I thought it was awful and always wondered if it affected them. I love what you got. My mom used the salt cellar for toothpicks..love the match idea better. I loved the blue bowls with design behind that Christmas platter. I bet you did not pay attention to them…just thought they were different Those were two nice clothes items. I love the way you styled everything. My sister and brother are minimalists ..…they don’t care what I do in our home, but it would drive them crazy at theirs. Thanks Julie…have a great weekend. I decorate for the major holidays Xmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter/spring, Fall/thanksgiving. My kids are grown now and I don’t decorate as extensively as when they were home and younger, but I still go heavy on Christmas. The funny thing is that my daughter would roll her eyes when I’d bring out my decor bins when she was a teen, now that she has her own home she is worse than I was and decorates pretty much for every holiday to get her 5 yr old excited 😂😂
I used to decorate for Easter, I just haven't had the desire or energy to decorate this year. It wears me thin. Ugh I feel your pain, some days I can't get up after bending down, my knees feel so weak sometimes.
Im with ya Julie Ive gone from bringing out several bins with lots of bunnies and baskets to one small display on my kitchen table. I do like to purchase specialty napkins and plates for a nice touch though. I love love SPRING AND EASTER!!!

My kids are grown now and I don’t decorate as extensively as when they were home and younger, but I still go heavy on Christmas. The funny thing is that my daughter would roll her eyes when I’d bring out my decor bins when she was a teen, now that she has her own home she is worse than I was and decorates pretty much for every holiday to get her 5 yr old excited 😂😂
I used to decorate for Easter, I just haven't had the desire or energy to decorate this year. It wears me thin. Ugh I feel your pain, some days I can't get up after bending down, my knees feel so weak sometimes.
Im with ya Julie Ive gone from bringing out several bins with lots of bunnies and baskets to one small display on my kitchen table. I do like to purchase specialty napkins and plates for a nice touch though. I love love SPRING AND EASTER!!!
