Touchless Automatic Hand Sanitizer Dispenser: Using TIP32C and IR Proximity Sensor Module

Hello friends,
Today i will show you how to make Touchless automatic hand sanitizer dispenser machine with using TIP32C PNP transistor and IR proximity sensor. I have made a sanitizer dispenser earlier but there I used IR proximity sensor and a relay module as a major components. but there are many problems happens while my viewers tried to make that. They ask me quires about that I tried to resolve this.
So I have made another project using TIP32C instead of relay module and its working properly. I am sure that this project are very simple and easy and it will perfectly work. So lets see the sanitizer dispenser tutorial till the end and tried to make it with minor components.

After giving power to the circuit the pump is getting continuously on, in TIP32C if I'm giving 9V to the emitter then without giving any voltage/current in Base terminal I'm getting the 9V in the collector terminal. The transistor is not working as it should work. I have tried to change the transistor but the result is same. Any. Suggestions what to do now

Mr.easy maker, not damaged to ir sensor if using 9v?

This sensor has 5v, use 7805 transistor to modify 9v to 5v.

Instead of tip32 pnp
One can also replace it with bc557 pnp
One can find bc557 pnp almost in any broken circuit board

But note that it have less load capacity
