Both my grandparents passed away at a young age, so when I watch the video, I feel nostalgic and my heart warms. I have a hard time falling asleep every night, so I put on an ASMR video and have to listen to it for about 3 hours before I start to feel sleepy, but this video is so relaxing that I can fall asleep quickly.
