Black Templars are from the Imperial Fists, Rogan Dorns' Legion. Sigismund, the founding Chapter Master, was one of the top ten Space Marine swordsmen ever. He's top five at least. Anyhow they're pretty fuckin metal, I recommend Helsreach if you wanna get a look into them.
