Wow..I'm impressed. I'm a fan of Chakits Krulsawat real estate videos, he does real estate for USA homes and I'm always comparing the designs and quality to Kenyan homes. This is one of the Kenyan homes I would say fits my taste, the sliding doors leading to the manicured lawn, the roof top where i would put a gym and a man cave. The spacious family room with the sliding doors leading to the terrace. Beautiful design, however the kitchen had me underwhelmed, it was a bit tiny. No enough cabinet storage, the colors especially the white backsplash didn't pop well on the white wall, maybe could have gone with black & white backsplash instead. Is the quality of the appliances in the kitchen the good stuff? (Bosch etc). Also the back yard was so squeezed, I like a size able yard in order to throw parties well. The master bathroom was underwhelming too, shouldn't have partitioned it. It would have remained one big space with the bathtub at the window, also increase window size to allow total relaxation as one overlooks the trees. Otherwise i like this house, with a good interior designer this will be goals🙌🙌

The designer of this house did a very good job. However they should have gone for a fancier lighting systems on the ceilings. But overal a very good design.

@@priterhomesrealestate there is red soil and dust stains in several areas that should have been washed. I have seen this on several homes in your videos. The other thing is poor finishing where there is drops of white paint over dark coloured areas. I know it's not your responsibility but just pointing out because of how costly these homes are.
