    I really feel like 800 - 900 Sq Ft is the perfect size house for a single person or couple. Although still considered "tiny," it's on the larger end of the spectrum and has all the space you would need for yourselves as well as for others to come over. And it's the size range that I'm targeting as my first home.

    Perfect house for a view. Needs a carport or garage. I'd use the closet area upstairs as a second bath and change the coffee counter to a combo cabinet with wardrobe on top, drawers on the bottom.

      I'd just add another 10 feet to the width of the house and use that for a bathroom. Plus the lower level would get more space

    This is one of the most attractive tiny homes I've seen so far, excellent design and so spacious.

      Except at two stories and 800sq ft,it's lost it's legal status as a tiny home. Fine for your own property, but this isn't qualified to be in parks specified for tiny homes.

    Kind of a shame to be sitting in the kitchen eating looking at a fridge and a wall while the great view is directly behind you.

    Beautiful place. The only thing I would change is; windows need some sort of roll down blinds. I don't mind being in a glass house, but some privacy would be nice ! 😁

  • @bmbellan

    That pillow that says "Go Jump in the Lake." Don't go jump in the lake, too cold Lol. I have memories of my Dad jumping in Lake Superior in June or July and screaming so loud it was freezing.

    They should have done a wall kitchen so that the island can have multi uses, including a proper dining setting. Covered parking? Upstairs WC?

    Bonjour, maison superbe avec toutes ses baies vitrées. Il faudrait, juste peindre un paysage au dessus du canapé. Pour faire rentrer l'extérieur à l'intérieur, et ça serait encore mieux. Sachant que la vue extérieure est magnifique. Merci pour la visite.

    Ok it's gorgeous with the location & the house itself; but in which universe is 800sq feet 'tiny'?

    • @nathanielthelin1051
      @nathanielthelin1051 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In the American universe any home less than 1500sq feet is considered a tiny house. 2300sq feet is considered average.

      The small house movement is a return to houses of less than 1,000 square feet (93 m2). Frequently, the distinction is made between small (between 400 and 1,000 sq ft or 37 and 93 m2), and tiny houses (less than 400 sq ft or 37 m2), with some as small as 80 square feet (7.4 m2

    Why do people always put their flat screen tv's 8 feet up in the air? That's so weird! It's like sitting in the front row of a movie theater.
