The Bass Gang, including Casper are outdoing themselves, both collectivly and in singular lately. This cover by Marwan is very good and I've been playing it too, since it was released.
I get it-when it’s acapella you want to analyze rather than just soak it in. But I’m getting where I can totally soak it in. I’ve been buying tunes like this and putting on my playlist. Playlist is getting really long. LOL. Marwan continually amazes me. So, SO impressed.
As always Mortius it was a great reaction, and as for Marwan " always perfection". I watched an inerview the other day with him and Qofy and he mentioned his dads music, that is another beautiful experience Mortius, Egyption music, and very good. His name is Ayman Mostafa and is on You Tube if anyone is interested.
I don’t know if it’s the same thing, but Acapella, Beatbox and certain other kinds of music I think of and enjoy more as “music performances” in the sense that watching them be performed is part of why I like them, but they’re no the first songs I would pick for just listening.
Ohmyohmyohmy....oh Lord have mercy!! Whhhhaaaattt! Where have they been tucking him away?! What ever for?! I love Avi and his songs ....all of them....now I want to hear the BTG crew cover them....singlely or together. Marwan!! Young man! That is a stupendous vocal instrument you have and really really really! good! I actually got irritated Mortius. You just kept stopping....lol, lol, lol....yeah, I know.... that's what you DO, but ....but....MARWAN! I need stereoscopic headphones for my android. NOW!
Hiya, Judith!! I’ve been following Marwan since first time I heard him, first Bass Gang song, when he was only 17 (I think he just turned 19). He was obviously gifted then, and you could see the skill, too, but just in this last year or so, you can see he’s been putting in some hard work, both on his singing and his videos and mixing. I love people who don’t just rest on their raw talent, but keep putting in the work to be excellent.
Cool ! Nicely Done. Smart choices. Covers can be tricky, you want it to be yours and still be recognizable enough that no one doubts it. Great Job Marwan ! Very Nice layering. Less is more only when you have the talent. Going on my playlist right next to Avi's.
Marwan is so talented that it blows my mind; he is going to go so far as an artist, and I am so excited for that to happen. I have been playing this on repeat since it came out. Thanks for the great reaction as always💜
Regarding listening to acapella as "background" music: I'm with you. Not only with acapella, but with all more complex and interesting music. Especially when I try to do something that I need to concentrate on, I just can't listen to, for example, acapella or prog, or similar music. I simply can't stop my brain from going into analysis-mode with those kinds of music. With this one I really liked the choice to have the lead vocal doubletracked and panned to either side so that it formed a "frame" for the rest of the music. Interesting choice and it worked really well in my opinion.
I'm the same way. I can't even fall asleep to music. There's just so much going on that my brain gets fizzy, if you know what I mean. Unless it's one of those pieces specifically composed to study / concentrate / meditate to.

@@CapriUni With music to fall asleep to, my brain is weird. For years my go to music to fall asleep to was Manowar. But with acapella, or music like Bela Fleck or Ayreon for example it gets difficult.
Avi should definitely reacted to by you. Marwen does a really good cover of this song. Of course, I would expect nothing else from Marwen. Great reaction Mortius
Maybe because I don't listen to music in the same way you do, because I'm not musically inclined like you are. However there are several versions of songs by home free and other artists that I enjoy more than the original, and I can listen to them in any setting.
mortius my favorite reaction is still grim wrapping ghosts by Marwin Ayman but I think you still need to react to Peyton parish stuff exceptionally Disney gone rock I think you will like it
Marwan still GOT THAT THANGGGGGGG - Thanks for reacting to Marw, brother.
Which member is commenting here, I’m curious. Who owns the bass gang channel

@@TheBassGangOfficial oh of course how could I have been so foolish. which member owns the channel tho
bro the rose intro is another common W from Mason - Great reaction, man! :)
It might be my favorite edit he's ever done :D
Marwan is so very underrated.
Absolutely!

Such a nice reaction dude!!! GET THOSE HIGHS MARWAN!!!!!!!!
3:25 Actually, the low part was probably done in subharmonics, so it *is* an actual undertone as well as a thematic undertone :P
Es mucho mejor que la original!!!
This is so good. Your poor brain...having to take it all in...the repeated stops to just appreciate the talent that is Marwan.
Definitely this needed headphones. Had to grab mine and listen to this.
