Unfortunately not, There's no current studio version that I'm aware of, so there are no Stems for the song, and I'm not sure, but I think this backing track was made by removing the middle (0 right, 0 left) sounds, the guitar being in the middle, which can be done on audacity (Vocal Remover). I would have made it by myself, but I lack the experience. So, sorry :/
Closest thing I know is ThiagoCamposOfficial's Metropolis Part 1 backing track videos, they basically covered the song with all instruments, then uploaded a backing track for each one. Other than that I don't think I've ever seen a keyboard backing track, sorry about that :/

Selectively deleting the eq bands of the guitar. Or just eliminating the guitar channels out of the raw wav.
