LAD (loan against deposit), mas mataas ng kaunti Ang interest ng LAD kompara sa regular loan.. mas hassle Ang regular loan kasi need mo ng co-guarantor (class A dapat status niya), at may kaltas ng mga around 2% pagbinigay sa iyo.. dahil may processing fee, may insurance.. at insurance fees per yr hanggang hindi mo pa nababayaran…
Kaya para sa akin, mas OK na Ang LAD, makakaearn ka rin ng patronage fund kasama ng dividend per yr..

Ano po yung shared capital? Kailangan po bang every deposit nyo for savings is mag deposit rin for shared capital? Magkano po minimum deposit sa shared capital?
Kapag nagjoin sa coop, meron savings account at share capital. Ito ung basis magkano ang makikuha mo sa dividend.
Hindi naman kailang every month, pero kung new joiner - mas recommended na every month maghulog, para madetermine ang consistency.
Minimum Php100.

Yes po ipasok nila sa account mo, ganoon din sa akin evry year wala ako pero nag appear sa ficco account ko po
magkano po possible minimum na pwede monthly pag nag loan ako 140k. mag deposit ako 70k
Kung bagong member pa lang.. dapat 70% ng loan amount ung nasa savings account

Hi, i am not filipino or over there, But I do have some body over there. She is considering opening an account.
Anyway I am confused about this thing regarding regular loans and loan against deposit. So is a regular loan, if you have no money in your account.
Then loan against deposit. So does the amount you can borrow depend on the amount you have in deposit. for instance could you borrow 50,000 on a deposit of 10,000.
How long do you have to be a member to be able to borrow?
Do you get a choice on how long you will take to pay it back eg one year, two years, or more?
Can you apply for another loan before first loan is paid?
Do all Ficco Branches operate under the same rules?
How long does it usually take for a loan request to be granted or denied?
They have online membership. Your question will be answered during virtual videos you watch and take an exam.

Yes.. mag babayad pa rin ng php40 a month, at need magdeposit for capital
