- I did not know these existed until yesterday. I mean I knew about R32 GEs but I didn't know there were so few and they looked like that! Pretty crazy. Enjoy the video.

Thanks to nycsubway.org for their extensive photo gallery and to all the amazing photographers who took these photos.
It turns out that 2 cars still exist in a training facility somewhere but I couldn't find any pictures after 2008.
They're located at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn.
I assure you there are no R32 GEs in 38 St Yard. Send me the photo you took

You learn something new everyday. I kind of like how these look more compared to the basic r32s ngl lol
G has the same parts
These are among the rarest of cars to run in the subway system. They are even less numerous than the R36ML cars of which there were only 34 built. Only the BMT experimental cars were made in fewer numbers.
true
although these kind of counted as prototypes since they were to test how ge overhauled things i guess?
I think there are one or two of these GE rebuilt cars at Floyd Bennett Field for either NYPD or FDNY training.
Yes you are right.
Miss riding these cars!
Nice video man !
funny how the MK cars have bigger number plates than the ones shown here
I actually think that not all were scrapped because I think I saw one with those specific details on the front of an R32 in Brooklyn on March 27 of this year.
hmmmm where was it
It was in a yard and I only have a photo and I couldn't get a video. It was at 9th Avenue station for the D and it was in a yard near there with some work Redbird type trains and there were only 2. That might be where they went.
Can't wait!

Why r110b 3001 scarped
Train caught on fire and was cannablized for parts. I think there’s a single R110B unit near a school near the D line. (West End)
imagine if these were still operating today
I Enjoyed Video
None remain? I saw a video about them existing in 2020, just search up "R32 floyd bennet feild"
Some other R32s did but not the R32 GEs.
@@TRRailfan The R32 cars at Floyd Bennett Fields are GE cars actually
Oh. Hmm. I couldn’t find any pictures after 2008?
@@TRRailfan look it up on youtube
@@TRRailfan it is pretty hard to get pics of those sets there, since they are used as NYPD training, and any pics and/or vids of it from close up is seen as trespassing so a good camera with long range zoom would be required to see them. But the pair used there are 3594-3595.
What’s the music for this?
It’s something from HearWeGo’s Chill/Ambient playlist. I don’t remember what it’s called,
@@TRRailfan Don’t worry. Found it. Kazukii - Endless
