  • Huimin Jie (回民街) is probably the most famous Muslim food street in Xi'an, China. It's a couple of small streets full of food stalls, all restaurants and street food vendors. If you are wondering what to do in Xi'an, China , this is one of the most popular tourist destinations.
If you are thinking about what to eat in Xi'an, Huimin jie will have most of the food you might want to try - all kinds of noodles, snacks, drinks, bread, wraps... And all at the same place!
However, there are more muslim food streets in Xi'an, and in the future I hope to be able to film from another one (bigger and better, haha). Until then, this is a video from the most famous one, and still worth visiting if you are travelling to Xi'an.

There had been episodes in China's and Russian's history the peoples at the borders did mix but the majority of which are intermarriages between Chinese males and Russian females. There was an influx of Russians and Jews too into China's North at some points in China's historical timeline. Today Russian Chinese is one of the 55 ethnic minorities in China.
